Today we're making Easter Edition Angel Eggs. I wanted to keep them the pretty pastel colors, so I did not top them with paprika, only parsley flakes. Feel free to use paprika, as I usually do when I'm making the regular eggs without coloring.

Paprika *****( I usually garnish them with paprika when I'm making my regular eggs. I didn't want to take away from the pretty pastel colors so I only garnished them with Parsley Flakes this time.

I always make my hard-boiled eggs in the Instant Pot now, the shells peel right off! We don’t use sugar, but add dill relish and just a tiny bit of yellow mustard. Your dyed eggs are so pretty! 🪺 🐇

Donna, great idea to dye the eggs for Easter. They are so pretty!! I peel my boiled eggs in a pot of cold water after tapping them once or twice. The shell and film slide off easily underneath the water.

I put a little vinegar in the boiling water. It helps the shells peels straight off almost in one pull.

Hello Miss Donna. I bring my eggs to a rolling boil, cut off the burner, put a lid on the pan, wait 10 minutes and peel the eggs while warm, the shell will be easy to come off. Try it. It will cut down on steps. Love your content. Im a fan.
