Very good... I was able to use this information and found that the vibration in my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan with 110,000 km had a worn out CV-Axle (aka front left axle) on the passenger side. I had it replaced and now it's working fine.
I brought my van into one of the local tire shops and their mechanic took a ride with me, as soon as the van started to vibrate at 80-90 kms/hr (50-55 mph), he had NO IDEA of what could have caused it. He guessed at tires out of balance, worn McPherson Strut, warped rotors, worn brakes, worn front/back shocks (are you kidding?), possible internal engine parts, thus a motor job. I went looking for a 2nd opinion. The 2nd mechanic shop said that it could be worn spark plugs OR worn CV-Axles, however he won't be able to check it out for another 3-4 weeks, that's how backlogged they were. Finally I took it to a good mechanic and he jacked my van up and I left my vehicle with him for the day, about 20 minutes later, he confirmed that the passenger side CV-Axle was moving up and down (worn out) and said that he could replace it right away. It took him about an hour and a half and it was done. I can only imagine if the tire shops had replaced all the things they said may be wrong, probably thousands of $$$$...
