1st Balacat Festival in Mabalacat City! You'll witness the historical presentation from Aeta to Present. This is Group 9 with the theme of American Era.
"When the Americans came to mabalacat they promised to civilize the people, teach them the principles of democracy and prepare them for self governance. They establish publish school systems and teach fundamental literary skills like reading, writing, and counting. We have been introduced to the idea of apples, snow, White Christmas, baseball bats and so on. Many Aetas were have been educated and exposed to schools.
