1st Balacat Festival in Mabalacat City! You'll witness the historical presentation from Aeta to Present. This is Group 3 with the theme of Lubenas.
"Before the celebration of Misang Maitinez on the evening of December 24 Christmas Eve, the people of Mabalacat gather in the church patio bringing patron saints, colorful lanterns, to process in the streets of the town. The joyous Christmas celebration means a thanksgiving for the abundant blessings God had given to them. They march the streets, serenading Dios te Salve carrying candles together with their families."
