1st Balacat Festival in Mabalacat City! You'll witness the historical presentation from Aeta to Present. This is Group 4 with the theme of Covid 19.
"When Covid 19 entered, the City of Mabalacat quarantined and public health measures were observed. Social services were tightened under the governance of Mayor Crisostomo Garbo. Mabalaquenios were able to surpass many hardships plus the pandemic. In the City of Mabalacat, the vaccination campaign has been impressive. For the record the City had vaccinated more than 100% of the population, which means even the outsiders were able to prevail the vaccination of the City government."
