1st Balacat Festival in Mabalacat City! You'll witness the historical presentation from Aeta to Present. This is Group 2 with the theme of Pinatube Eruption.
"The eruption of Mount Pinatubo greatly affected many Barangays of Mabalacat. Many people moved to safer places in Central Luzon. It was thought to be end of the world for many people. Through the help of the National Government, many resettlement areas were established to help the harmed victims and to Creat new lives. Today Mabalacat rose from the ashes through massive structure development and economic problems. "
