This show is so fake! The opening scene looks like a stage with a back drop and then you get the village. That also looks like a model and does not feel real. What a disappointment in the first forty five minutes.

You really don’t have the pulse of the viewers. You are reviewing it based on a purely intellectual aspect. Most people will just watch it this for the visuals, the story will just be the icing on the top of it.

Zack Snyder would do well to mimic how organically and subtly a film like _Mad Max: Fury Road_ handles exposition and world-building. (Well, that uses voiceover in its opening too, which isn't subtle, but the rest of the film is a more relevant example.)
not everything needs to be subtle, it's fine to give overt-vert exposition at the start of the film. Plenty of phenomenal movies have done that as well.

An intergalactic sci-fi movie with high tech era. The first minute of the movie was farming using a peasant animal, so bad.
This movie felt like a very corny version of Warhammer 40k 😂 Very obvious references to the Imperium of Man, Tech-Priests and the Mechanicum, Bolter-like guns etc etc... it just lacked the grimdark vibe lol
