This is by far the MOST IMPORTANT win Texas has had since their national championship. Casuals wrote them off and said they didn’t have a chance, not even realizing that last years game was extremely close. This is why you give a coach TIME TO BUILD THEIR PROGRAM. Sark has changed the identity of this program and now recruiting, faculties, and fan base will continue to trend UPWARD. I love this for college football as a fan of the sport. This makes me happy

This game made me bipolar
Wasn’t thrilled with the playcalling in the first half of bama game, I think they could have blown out bama because bama has always struggled to defend a good QB who can air it out. But bama had been overrated forever always getting favorable rankings and calls on the field, playing powerhouses like Mercer or “neutral” location games that’s always at least twice as far for the other team to travel than it is for bama. This is by far the best Texas team in a long long time and the first real QB that they’ve had in forever, not a Texas version of Tim Tebow like Ehlinger was. I’m keeping my expectations down but I was so glad to see them beat Bama after years of knowing they could do it and how favorable conditions always were for Alabama to have the hype they had.

That's exactly what he's doing. If he wanted to start now he would've gone to Bama, which Milroe made very apparent. Manning made it pretty clear he didn't want to start this season and Ewers most likely leaves to the draft at the end of this year as I imagine he'll probably be the 2nd-3rd QB off the board. Top QBs don't play all 4 seasons anymore, it's not the same cfb
