They are badly edited. They’ve been discussed on the subreddit. Look up closely. The ‘open rib’ shot? Its out of proportion & see the long pointed ‘bone’ down the side - no human has that. Its not human anatomy. We couldn’t even find an animal with that. The ‘head in a sink’ is a cut & paste collage. The pixels don’t even match the background. Look at the angle too. It would show the inside of the neck if it was real. And so on.
