    Great video 👌🏻 I’m on my last two aligners then I have two over corrections. Obviously I asked my dentist all the question but I would like to hear your opinion. How long should I keep the over corrections on for? And do I need to move to the last aligner once the gaps are disappeared? And I don’t know if I have passive aligner. Is it included or you should get them separate?
    Also I did IPR between the central and lateral incisors. But I might need a little bit more as I have now a very small black triangles because the teeth are moving even between the laterals and canines now. Sorry for my very long question
    Many thanks and great video.
    many thanks

    Valuable Advice indeed. PC CC choice depends on where the residual space can be an issue ,well clarified! With adolescences its best to allow PC to provide space for erupting 7s and 8s.. Too cute with the voice over :) Fun Learning :)S

    My ortho said to just wear them while I sleep and not during the day , but when I put them on uff they hurt so much since most of the day I have to keep them off . So am I doing it right??

      Each case is unique and this is what makes orthodontics so interesting. There are no recipes (even though, some say there are!). Your ortho probably has a good reason to recommend this procedure. We recommend you ask him/her directly or seek a second opinion. Good luck with your treatment.

    Salut!! La préférence du dentiste est changer 6@6… mais ont ne peut ajouter des overcorrection?? Comme sur la vidéo en ajouter 4 de plus a notre clincheck??.. invisalign me dit qu’il faut le demander en prescription et qu’il apparais pas et ont reçois pas 4 aligner c chaîne de plus!?

    • @theCLEARinstitute
      @theCLEARinstitute  Před 2 lety

      Merci pour la question Monika. Pour les commandes d’aligneurs additionnels, il faut spécifier si on veut ajouter des overcorrections et des aligneurs passifs (maximum 4). Il ne seront pas ajoutés par défaut même si c’est spécifié dans les préférences cliniques.

  • @Raphael_NYC

    can I ask for passive aligners after overcorrection?

    • @theCLEARinstitute
      @theCLEARinstitute  Před 3 lety +4

      Good question Raphael. Usually Overcorrection aligners are designed to be the LAST 3 aligners (when you click on the OVER tool). The way we use it is that we ask for 4 passive aligners BEFORE the overcorrection. But... you just gave us a good idea for a future video:
      “When do you ask for passive aligners and what are they used for? “
      Do you think it would be of interest? Thank you Raphael!
