Hi Guys. GREAT episode. It is always a great joy to see kids like Brooklynn getting the 'star treatment' from people like Michael, Jay &Josh.
My daughter battled cancer when she was 2 years old until she was 8 years old and during that time was the recipient of such 'star treatment' a few times.
It's very difficult to verbalise what this means and how important it is for a child (and their parents).
What is it worth for a child dealing with the most adult of concepts: life & death - to have a day where that is just... gone, forgotten? It's certainly not something that can be measured monetarily, Therefore it is truly priceless.
Thank-you Michael. Thank-you Jay. Thank-you Josh.
Edie, my daughter was lucky enough to be given such priceless gifts as this 3 times during her journey. And at 15, talks of them with reverence still.

You better believe I had that Lambo on a poster in my bedroom in the 80's. Ooooofffff, a Countach with some long neon lights behind it...oh yeah.
I never had the poster but I still have a Tyco Lambo R/C that I modified to REAL proportional steering and throttle and Associated oil shocks! It's black though. I destroyed the red body and got the black replacement. I also build R/C toys and I have a Lambo body for one of my Carbon Fiber pan car chassis. It has aluminum wheels BTW.
I'll be the first one to admit that this world has made me a cold and angry man... but seeing what children have to suffer through really breaks me down. Judging solely on his charity work (because I don't know much about him) I feel like Michael Strahan is an amazing guy and what he has done with just this one girl really inspires me. I wish Brooklyn her own car collection in the future!
