Very Informative video. Thanks guys!
Love it. As always thanks for the kickass content homies, mush love ✌️
Outstanding
Roots organic bio force it is one of the best powders I’ve used with my living soil insect Frass Gaia green worm casting list goes on that looks like some good stuff I just checked your website out I’m going to order some of the stuff the first of the month I have some plants going into flower also some cloning to be done shortly so I definitely like to give it a try it looks real good
thank you :)
The Kultiva pots are so much easier to work with than the Grassroots. I put the handles to the test by filling a 30-gallon with very moist soil, and then dragging it 20-feet from outside to inside my house; never heard a stich tear. In retrospect, I should have filled it while in my room... but the sun was shining brightly, temperature was perfect, and I was high.
Next on the list is another irrometer, and a soil test.
Irrometer Tensiometer was a game changer 🙌
4:28 So much Love 😍😂
Nothing but love here.
Would love to see ur bio compost under a scope on this channel
"At about 22:00 (czcams.com/video/ap40byoiv7E/video.html), you mention feeding the bed (Q3) to avoid depleting the bed for the next run, but you tell us that the bed is set for the run. So, which is it? Is it good to go, or does it need more? As far as running the bed again, upsell soil testing and do what Redbud does, which is to provide free soil analysis for your growers... hook, line and sinker!"

Y'all be well!
4:26 and 4:28 is prolly the biggest takeaway from this video 😂
Basically our philosophy summed up.
Imma be real honest… I scoped yalls biologically complete compost and it was barren. Not sure if I got a bad batch or old stock, or idk what but it was not what I would consider even in the top 3 of biological products I have in my current arsenal, much less what else I can find online. I am planning to have another look from deeper in the bag to see if it was just a dried out portion of the compost but I made three slides that first day when I received it because I was a bit in disbelief of how little life there was. I’ve looked at a lot of soil, a lot of compost, a lot of ferments… shit I’ve looked at anything I can put on a slide that might have a place in a soil system and I’m telling you, besides a little bit of bacterial action and some sparse spores here and there, it was just a vast amount of nothing.
I'm glad you left this feedback. Unfortunately it does happen as we store this for months at a time. If you could hit up Larry, I'll make sure tou either get a refund, or we get you some good compost. Sorry for the issues.
my guess was soil test, irrometer, and beneficials :P close enough
Well. I did all three! Thanks for another video guys! Been waiting on this. Thought Larry was dead. I have a question. I wanna do a sap test, for my next grow. I heard you guys say you’ll need about 50 leaves Old and new. What if I don’t have that many? I don’t let my plants veg for too long due to head space. Thank you for your help!
We really do need 25 old and 25 new. It's not as many y as tou think. Maybe, veg a tad longer so you have more leaves to pull?
Do you need more then one of those soil meters in a 4x8 bed.... also what brands of compost can I buy from my local garden center and lastly outdoor season ends do I reamed now and cover crop to help keep the worms and biology alive til next summer ty
1 irrometer is plenty for a 4 x 8. Just look for a local compost that is not made from yard waste, dog food, etc...
What size/length irrometer do you recommend for someone growing mainly in 7 gallon pots?
6" LT would work
Ahh that was short one 😢😉
Ferments, minerals, compost
Top dress minerals? If so which? Glacial?
✌️great video! Still think (within reason and between field capacity and permanent wilting point) there needs to be some swing with respect to soil moisture. im sure important biology dies , but I feel like a lot goes dormant, and that’s what biologically complete compost extract is for 😉
Just thinking about nutrient cycling
Plus biofilms and microbes are so fuvkin resilient✌️❤️🦠
😂 nice subliminal hug
Nothing but ❤️
I enjoy the info!! But what happened to weekly updates of the grows at Red Buds commercial grow!!! If it’s cuz of monetization with CZcams’s content guidelines maybe a 2nd channel so it can be shown using your companies products!! Stand 10 toes down and rep living soil!!! “ I run with the living soil cult!!”
The commercial grow closed 1 year ago. Horrible partnership, with people I should have known better to do business with. Major lessons learned, and a lot of money burnt up. Glad we did it, grew as a person, but more happy it's no longer.
