    Every single time i watch an interview with either Michael or Mick, I'm struck by how much Mick resembles his father. Not just in looks, but in expressions, gestures, how they carry themselves, how they speak. Truly interesting to watch.

    • @TT-nc3qh
      @TT-nc3qh Před 6 lety +15

      Don't agree he was on another level. He drove in an era when the competition was poor, he had Damon Hill as his rival after Senna. He had Hakkinen for a couple of years and then Alonso but from 2000-2004 he had no competition

    • @roytje3935
      @roytje3935 Před 5 lety +37

      T T but there was no competion because he was zo great in developing the car, look to mercedes now they are so dominant because of wat schumacher en brawn did behind the scènes that was also the reason brawn wanted him drive for mercedes when he made his comeback

    • @YuzoTibi
      @YuzoTibi Před 5 lety +50

      T T That’s pure bs. There was tough competition almost every year.
      He broke Senna in 1994 the three races before he unfortunately died in a (later) superior Newey Williams.
      In 2000 Hakkinen was tough to beat in a Newey McLaren.
      2001 and 03 there were big names in the likes of Montoya and Räikkönen.
      Only 2002 and 04 he really had the best car on grid.
      It’s sad people like you say things like that while ignoring all these facts. Cheers!

      @axelleskas9719 Před 5 lety +83

      In all Honesty it was mostly all Ross Brawn, Him and his technical team knew the ins and outs of the 2014 regulations wayyy ahead of the other teams due to his FIA connections/seniorship, he did the same with Ferrari early 2000s when Schumacher was raking in World Championships. as for Schumacher and Rosberg, they did what any other driver in their position would do,: drive the car. Did you know Rosberg would have been a 4 time world champion, maybe more if Lewis had not been signed :). Mercedes could have signed any average driver to be Rosberg's number two but Ross Brawn wanted another Schumacheresque/Maverick driver and he saw that in Lewis.

Not to mention he needed to be on pole to win alot of the times. Schumi beats them in both. He is an all around package. Great in dry and in wet. He doesn't have Senna's speed in quali but its close and he makes it up in the race where he is better. He won from 16th place remember. More wins, more titles on what merit both of them beat him? Lets not forget he didn't go to top teams. He made the teams he was in top teams. Senna and Prost both jumped into fast cars.
