Doctor, I'm from india , belong to a marginal economic conditions. I have been going through several problems since last three years. Now , since last 4 months I have been suffering from severe right inguinal, Pelvic and scrotal pain along with perinium and buttock pain as well. But no swelling or mass. I have done usg ingunal area and MRI Hip too. It revealed only mild cam type hip impingement. No medicine and no therapy are helping me out. I cant perform my daily works due to scrotal and epididymis pain. Please help me out. Please. I'm the only bread earner of my family. Please help. I can send you Dicom soft file of my MRI. Please help.
