The whole 70minutes is 150°c. I’m using an electrical industrial oven, the temperature goes up and down but best remains at 150°c throughout the whole 70minutes.

We tried baking this last Monday but after following all the instructions our cake sank....but it tastes good though...I’m not sure why it sank...is there any technique ...but definitely I will try baking it again...Thanks for the recipe....and for this video....
Sank... Oh my god... I guess cracks are most common failures at the process. You know, different tipes of ovens and technics. On CZcams, each one explains how to bake in their own way, making confusion. I only got success in my seventh time. Keep trying! 😂
