    You shouldn't cut any lines on your paraglide! But if like me you ever wondered what would happen if one of them pinged-off then this might go a little ways to explore that.
    Turns out the further back the better, probably, and the stabilio has a surprising role to play!

    great video. perfect content. we need videos that are semi-scientific in nature and teach us what happens if! especially in a sport like this where there are a lot of variables to consider.

    Flynstyle max martini had posted a video where a line broke in flight and he even showed his landing . . He is extremely skilled and it shows yet it is easy to see what can happen when one goes in flight .. thanks for posting Andre and Gemma 👍

    Well done 👍 video. I have to say though you know us guys think we know it all when a girl gently says Just pick up the line and let it go after you launch to get the wing up. Us guys are like AHHH DUH WHY DIDN'T I THINK OF THAT...GOTTA LOVE IT. SWEET !

  • @DodamIh
    @DodamIh Před 2 lety

    I think the reason why removing the right stabilo line made the wing want to go left was because the local lift along the stabilo points outwards - the stabilos are normally pulling in opposite directions, so if you lose one side that would cause the wing to move to the side where the stabilo is still producing lift.

    If you were actually flying real time off the ground and that were to happen, the other lines would be taking the stress caused by the line that was broken and you may not like the Real Results you would end up with LOL thanks for posting
