Im having an issue installing a CPU cooler to an MSI Tomahawk Max B450. I have a ant esportsice c612 cpu cooler, and I cant seem to fit the mounting bracket; its as if the base of the cooler is sitting too high to allow it to clip onto both brackets.
the bracket cant quite fit onto the mounting points, as if the cooler is sitting too high. I have managed to just about get the stock cooler bracket to fit, but I cant even begin to close the clip so Im not sure if its sitting correctly.
The CPU is seated correctly and there doesnt appear to be an issue there.
Could anyone explain why I am having this issue?
1. motherboard = gigabyte b450 ds3h wifi. Price = 8,500
2. processor = ryzen 5 4600g . Price = 10,300
3. RAM = XPG KI 8 GB 2 STICK 3200 MHZ. Price = 3400
4. storeg = XPG ki 256 GB . price =1600.
5. Power supply = Ant esport vs 450 = 1,700rs
6. case = 2500 rs
7. Monitor = 6,700 rs
8. Keyboard and mouse = 1000rs
Total = 35,700 rs

I have bought a new pc in which i7 12700k is used with a gigabyte B760M DS3H DDR5 motherboard it was suggested by the shopkeeper, but now i am worried is it a good combination, will i get good performance for video editing and gaming, please suggest as this motherboard doesnt support overclocking also
