Put over 20miles on my brand new WIRED FREEDOM yesterday, I am absolutely impressed with the power and comfort!

agreed, the power is great and the BMX bars make for really relaxed riding position.
Does the rear shock actually work? So many of these full suspension bikes in this price range seem to have rear shocks that are really stiff with little or no adjustment, giving very little suspension.
@@18andlikeit it does, however it needs more room. The rear tire hit the controller so I'm going to relocate it . I'm going to incorporate it in to the rear rack.
The wiring is not a problem for me to do myself. Could be a problem for people who aren't very experienced with it.
I believe I can change more of the advanced settings to allow more power.
Only seeing 1500 watts so far
Got my wired freedom Friday, some changes.Motor is now a Hentach, slightly different rack , better, rear shock has dust cover, different front forks. Shipped well, not a scratch! Real happy!
Whats your highest top speed? Is it as good as the other motor?

Doesn't say Mozo or have the red sticker on the right side of the shock.
Probably the same fork without the stickers. Looks like a much bigger rack than 1st batch. Two thumbs up on both.
How long did it take to ship?
Picked up my new Wired Freedom (Titian) yesterday. The burnt orange was a good pick for me. My wife and I love the color. My 3rd ebike. This thing "jumps" off the line. Can't wait to get it home and do some 20 mile rides !

Lets hope we have a laws change for the better at some point in time, more people would actually ride ebikes if they allowed throttle and at least 25mph top end, makes no sense no throttle as peddling is a throttle with alot less control compared to the dedicated ones, takes a bit to spin up and stop, when throttle stops and starts when u press or let go.. Love my engwe engine pro, its perfect for me in the countryside with so many hills, just hoping our law comes somewhere in line with America

For the wired being single motor, its got some poawerrr, if it had 2 motors it would blow the socks of the fab.., (only seen first race writing this xD)
I appreciate your reviews. I had 2 Jetson bolt pro's with speed hack & 48v. I got them to ride in the pits when I go Drag racing & they are perfect!! The Havic H2 has got my attention like no other. We are both 5'4 and want an all around Bike's. Speed,Power,Range. We have the Lectric Expo on the 24th-25th this month in San Francisco, Ca and hopefully the Havic will have a demo booth🤞 Soo many bikes to choose from but your reviews are helping immensely! 😉👍
If you like acceleration, might I recommend a sabvoton 150amp 72v kit with a qs205 hub. Or for a little less money, an 80amp square wave 3000 watt kit. You'll have to add the kits to an existing bike.
Pretty cool! Enjoyed the drag races. I have to get a 1,000 watt Bafang front to match the rear on my Kepler. 😁 Then with the dual 33 amp controllers come race. "citizen cycle crusher".😎
Having buyers regret on the aventure 1, aafter seeing the Wired Freedom.
I’ve had to replace the Controller and rear hub motor.
Nice bike runs fine now, but if i had known about the Wired Freedom, i probably would’ve went with that..i like the speed.
Aventon is a nice bike but Wired is another level when it comes to speed and power

Hilarious video, and thanks Craig for making side-by side runs possible! I kind of prefer midrange power, and purposely programmed my bike to have a smooth start, but it will still almost flip you off the bike from a roll. This is not the best for drag racing, but it does make it fun for the street and mountain bike trails! I have not checked the 0 to 20mph times recently, but before the last upgrade it was quicker than the Grizzly at about 4.6 seconds.

I've got back issues and need to ride "upright". Does the Aventon still have the upright posture or is the Wired bike really the one I'm looking for?
What role do you think the smaller wheels on the Havoc played in it's fast acceleration?
Smaller wheels definitely helped plus it has 2 controllers like my citizen bike. I think that helps also. the road warrior only has one controller.
Has anybody reached a top end on the Havoc?
Got close to 800 km on my fabulous awd havoc step thru . But my front end shakes I've deflated the front tire put some soap around the tire and rim pump it back up but can't seem to get the beads to set perfectly and still has a bit of shake .do you find that's just common ?
pretty rare that i have any shake in the front end of a bike. only a couple times, one time i think it was partly a weight distribution issue, too much weigh on the rear rack, the other time it was a bad tire. you could also check to see if wheel is seated straight in the dropout.
Out of all those bikes, I was a bit surprised that your buddy liked the Aventon Aventure the most. Not that I think it's a bad bike at all, but that's some major competition there for the Aventon.
Aventon feels more like a bicycle which he appreciated.
Off the line is a dumb metric. Mine took off from under me into incoming traffic 🚦
Just get a SB Thunder, its $2750 and it can go 45mph. It has a rear 3000w motor & a 48v 31amp battery. It can go like 35 miles on full throttle + it looks sick. Its also off $300 for memorial day so you can get it out the door for $2,450 rn which is crazy.

Yep. Just bought mine. I think it’s coming to me in like 2 weeks. It’s crazy also bc I also never heard of them even after 2 years of looking for the perfect e-bike🤣
I can get a decent car for that that will have insanely more safety features, has a roof and goes over 100mph.
I've already ridden the CS20 cyclone from estraps, probably very similar to the SB thunder. It felt more like a motorcycle. I have a motorcycle in my garage if I want that speed. It was a very nice bike though..

certainly not as peppy as the Havoc. i took that motor off the cobra already.. i want a geared hub on it instead.

Did you ever think of adding a third motor to you home made cycle?? There is a U tuber in Montreal Canada that did just that . Rear wheel front wheel and Mid drive!!
i think i would add stronger motors before adding a 3rd..
Where can we buy the motor/controller and battery that is on the custom Citizen bike?
motors are just 750 bafang motors, the 35amp controllers can be purchased at Big Game Bikes, Area 13 ebikes, or Electro Bike World. i got my big 17.5am battery from electro bike world and my small 8ah battery from Bicycle Motor Works.

Some have asked about the Ariel Grizzly. But with all the problems with them and customer service being so terrible why bother.. This is just my opinion.
My biggest surprise was that you still have that jetson bolt around 😆
Hahaha yes I actually Write it quite a bit. Whenever my 3 year old daughter is riding her bike I ride the jetson next to her.

@@ericdolby1622They are selling out every batch well before they arrive so I wouldn’t be worried about them going out of business at this point. They are a Chicago based company and provide amazing customer service. No doubt that it is a leap of faith to trust any company with $2k so it is fully justified to be hesitant. Hopefully Wired will be able to catch up with demand and actually builds a bit of an inventory in 2024. The problem is that Wired has priced their bike too low and objectively, the bike friggin rocks!! Never buying a 48v bike again, never!!

@@rooseveltfambro5020within the first 5 seconds of powering on the bike, hold the up and down arrow simultaneously, that will take you into the settings. The first setting is LIM which is for limit of speed, change that to the max.

Man you aren't going to believe this but I am so pissed at UPs . Ups notified me on the 22nd stating I would receive my E-bike(Wired Cruiser) on the 23rd , They did the same exact thing everyday until the 26th , I called them on the 26th and they said don't worry it will be there today , they did the very same crap again today but yet I am still waiting !!!They've had the bike since the 22nd of May and I have been a hostage to my delivery until 8pm everyday this is absolutely ridiculous !!!!!!!!!!!!
