Rising Star is always a blast!!! As much fun as it is to watch, it's even more fun up on stage!! The band is rocking, the lights are flashing, the crowd is screaming, you really do feel like a rock star up there!! It's been a while since I've been out there, but watching this has given me the bug to go out there again!

Gisselle Penaloza here's a good way to get confidence I've seen myself. If you have a iPhone, download a karaoke app called Smule Sing, it allows you to sing any song by yourself or with other people from all over the world. It's very helpful

Tim, the musicians have in ear monitors that play a "click track" that keep them in rhythm with lyrics. The same thing is used at concerts to keep the band in sync with video projections. PS keep up the good work!

If you liked Rising Star, you will also enjoy Jellyrolls at Disney's Boardwalk. It is a dueling piano bar that my family loves to go to every time we visit Orlando. It is a bar with a $7 cover, and unfortunately, no food. Eat before you go. Also, they do not allow video taping inside, but a lot of fun!

Ahhh I love Rising Star! I've been there a couple times. Was really surprised at how friendly the people there are. Second time I went, the live band was going on and I totally rocked out to some Johnny B Goode. Suuuuper fun place!

Hi!I wanted to recommend a show for you guys to see! Avatar Land is opening next year and there is a Cirque Du Soleil show touring right now called Toruk The First Flight. Hey Tim...they stay in time on stage with the lyrics and everything else by having the drummer play to a prerecorded click track that lines everything up. As long as he can hear the click and stays in time...everything lines up. The rest of the band just plays with him. He dictates the pace.

+Siena H. Unless it's changed from when I was last there 2 years ago, they have a list of songs on the tables of what you could sing. You would fill out the card with two choices and drop it in the bucket at the edge of the stage. At that point, they pick it at random based on what was in the bucket and have a running order of people. If you watch the screen with the lyrics, the bottom scrolls the running order of the next 3-4 people. I sang on stage once and it was so much fun! I don't sing well, but everyone was cheering at the end
