Ducolax and Miralax and 64 ozs. of clear liquid. Did it last month, and when the colostomy bag began to fill, it felt like it was leaking, but it was only feeling that way due to the rapidity with which it filled. I managaed the entire procedure with no mishaps. I sorta squated, and stooped over my commode to empty each time and it was pretty much over in about 2 hours.

Very best of luck. I had a colonoscopy under anaesthetic less than a year ago. Much prefer the easy option at this stage.
Cancer won't kill me it's all the little problems that will get to me .
Like you I have been having a lot of skin problems recently.
The new chemo I'm on is playing havoc with my insides, with constipation and knotting in my stomach.

Hi Angela. Sometimes little problems are ok on their own, but lots of little problems become very troubling. Constipation is awful. It's so painful at times. I understand your pain. Wishing you the best Angela. X

Hey man I'm sorry ur dealing with this I have had crohns since I was 18 and I just turned 37 in Oct . In the beginning of Feb I had an emergency exploratory surgery which ended with them removing my entire colon/large intestines and fixing an umbilical hernia before it got really bad I have an ileostomy bag and I seem to get a blockage like a lot I have had so many complications of all this 5 drains later and also because of how large my large intestines were when removed so I wasn't eligible for a laproscopic surgery so mine was a massive midline incision which months after my surgery dehissed and busted open on me so I'm about half way on the healing process and have had 2 attacks actually 3 since so the crohns is now in my small intestines which is obviously all I have left however I do have my rectom I didn't even think about that part tbh lol but I have it still and I have to get what they call in the states I'm in New York an ileoscopy instead of a colonoscopy so when I found ur videos I was so excited BTW I if ur still reading this comment I love ur profile pic I dont have closed bags and I am lucky to have a 2 piece system but can't tell u how many times I've woken up like that I can thankfully get the air out by the top but sometimes shit shoots up out at u lol or u try to drain it but gravity is a mother fucker when u have a stoma bag lol

Hahaha now this is a long ass comment but I love it. You clearly have a great sense of humour which I love. You have also clearly been through so much. I get through my troubles with humour and good people around me. I can hear the humour in your comment. We have to keep on going, we have to fight, we have to have to laugh. Laughter is so important. Thank you so much for watching my vids and leaving comments
