Hammiester Time! Lol! The wheel was spinning, it was a stubborn piece that wouldn't come off. Funnily enough, lots of people thought it was a bug!

What soap do you use when you wash the fleece ?
For a cage this size do you think one 150w heat emitter is sufficient enough to heat up the whole thing?
I really like your cage setup! Im getting a hedgehog in quite a while, like a year or two. Im starting to look into what I want, and I think I will set it up very close to how yours is. Im just wondering if you've ever had a problem with your hedgie trying to climb out of the c&c cage?
I have a new cage now (you can sort of see it in my newest video, though I may do a tour in the future.)
I didn't have an issue with Draco because he doesn't climb, but my new hog climbs so I had to do higher walls in his cage.
Quick question can you home make the tunnels with Construction paper?
Can we use a tank for a cage? A size is recommended?
How often do you change and clean out the cages/wash all of the cozy items? Also is the liner just a piece of fleece cut to the size that you needed or is it sewn around the edges? Then-heat wise how do you keep the temp to be within range all throughout the cage instead of it being too hot directly under and just right around the corners, etc? Thanks!
Joni Olson you clean it out once a week, and im thinking that fleece makes it more hotter.

Where should you put your hedgehog while you clean their cage? I have been putting mine in a small plastic tub that the guy I got him from gave to me to take him home in. Is this okay? I dont have a snuggle sack..
@Juanito B - Two would be preferable for that size. One on each end, with a thermostat to control the heat.

Not sure what you mean by foam paper! (: The coroplast? It’s plastic, but you can tape it, yes!
PugPibbleHedgie sorry ,I meant the foam tunnel:) Will they chew the tape??
Oh! For the tunnels I use glue! I wouldn’t use tape on those because they’ll be in direct contact with it :) PVA glue works fine!

Coroplast. That is from the Guinea Pig Cages Store but it is also sold at hardware stores and sign shops. It is corrugated plastic.
Thank you! I couldn't figure out the name. I'm rehoming a hedgehog who is in a bad situation right now- what do you recommend for bedding? She's kept in a crate with woodshaving right now and all she has is a small home and wheel. Anything would help :)

I didn’t - Draco has always been a more laid back hog. :)
Some hedgehogs would definitely try to do that though and would need much higher sides!

000000 get a bit of cardboard or something and cut of a side a bit so then you can fill the bit you cut off a bit with the bedding
I'm getting a young hedgehog, I'm planning on a c&c cage but since she's so small, I think ill have to start her out with a 2x2 c&c cage, and upgrade when she gets older. do you think this is acceptable?
+Audrey A 2x2 is a great size for a hedgehog at any age. It's the recommended size for a C&C cage :)
