Had this problem last week putting drawer boxes together with pocket holes. Seemed to spend all day faffing about with plywood squares & quick clamps. Just shows, there’s always someone thinking. Thanks Mark, I’ll be making a few of these over the weekend. 👍
Hey just found your channel, your clamping square was genius, but a simple design that all DIYers could build without the need for really expensive tools.
Just come to your channel (following Keith Brown's shoutout) and find it very refreshing. Thanks Mark. You're sharing some great tips. Keep them coming.
@@smallspacecreation5768 People have patented weirder things.. its s about the mechanism, not how it looks :) Clearly Mick Jay thinks the same.. nice work!
Hi Mark, that really is a great idea. I've just been wondering if it makes any difference in the way you rotating the cam i.e. do you rotating it towards the corner or away from it? I'm thinking more about whether it will pull the square into the corner or pull it away from it. I've honestly no idea myself but wondered if you had noticed anything. Meanwhile, I am Rag n Bone sub who has come across to yourself and you are doing a really great job. Keep up the good work and I'm look forwards to the next one.
Hello Jon Thanks for taking the time to check out my channel You have got me thinking I haven’t noticed it makes any difference witch way you rotate the cam. But as you said if you rotate it towards the corner would pull it down. Have only used it on MDF witch is heavy. Thanks for the comment you have got me thinking 👍
I really like that cam lock idea. Brilliant.
Thanks for watching and glad you enjoyed the video 👍

Thank you
Once you get them made and cams in the right place I think they are easier 👍

Great idea, it won't be long before someone starts marketing them for loads of money.
Thanks glad you enjoyed it
Perhaps I should take the video down quick and go into business 😁
@@smallspacecreation5768 I'm sure there would be a market for them, Peter Millard seems to sell plenty of his 'square enough' squares.
