    The fact that you didn't know the name of the shape (octagon) or the maths to determine the angles but yet it turned out so amazingly beautiful is amazing. Pure respect, Sir.

    Hi Mark. Nice project, might even try it myself. A little tip for working out your angles. A circle is 360 degrees you have 8 pieces of wood so that gives you 16 sides that need to be glued together, (two sides per piece of wood). So 360 ➗ 16 gives you the 22.5 degree angle you used. Hope this helps for future projects.

    Mark, what can i say that is fantastic such a unique idea well done on the angles iv wanted to do different thing in the past but gave up not being clever enough to sort the angles.
