Hi Mark. Nice project, might even try it myself. A little tip for working out your angles. A circle is 360 degrees you have 8 pieces of wood so that gives you 16 sides that need to be glued together, (two sides per piece of wood). So 360 ➗ 16 gives you the 22.5 degree angle you used. Hope this helps for future projects.
Mark, what can i say that is fantastic such a unique idea well done on the angles iv wanted to do different thing in the past but gave up not being clever enough to sort the angles.
