'Rocky' actor Carl Weathers dies at 76

- Carl Weathers, the actor who was known for playing boxer Apollo Creed in the "Rocky" films, has died, his manager said. He was 76.
In addition to the "Rocky" films, Weathers had memorable roles in films including "Predator" and "Happy Gilmore." He also appeared on TV in the crime drama "Street Justice" and on the sitcom "Arrested Development." In 2021, he was nominated for an Emmy for his recurring role in the "Star Wars"-inspired streaming series "The Mandalorian."

I met him in Honolulu. He was in a house down the street from me. He helped when my dog escaped the yard, naughty beagle. I didn't recognize him till much later when another neighbor informed us. He will be missed😢

Not only have ive seen HIM in a war movie and ACTION JACKSON . But the latest incarnation of STAR WARS and YES i will MISS HIM and SEE MR WETHERS ACT AGAIN in THOSE DISNEY MOVIES kinda SOMEHOW takes him BACK TIME 🕐 . And i THANK GOD for whatever AMOUNT OF TIME he HAD LEFT 😞!
