Chris, I’m a 55 year old man and thanks to you, I’m in the best shape of my life. I’ve been working with you for a few months now and I see a physique emerging that I never thought I would have. It goes to show that it’s never too late. A six pack at my age?! Crazy! Thank you so much Chris. All the very best to you and your family.
Inspiring! Well done bro👏🏾
That's sick sir
Hats off
Congrats on the progress. Makes me realize the potential I have at 41, and hopefully will still have at 55. There are so many things more important than age, like your mindset! It's never too late to be your best. Keep it up. Good luck!
Respect
Well done, BUM
The dope thing about Chris is, he shows you progressions to achieve the exercise. 👌🏾😊
with some corona virus from his dna
And regressions
When I found his channel I was like nah, he a bro cause of the tatts. Then I'm like, nah he's actually really helpful and skilled at what he does. Never judge a book by its cover, sorry Chris!
Everybody shows that there is nothing special about thia
The dope thing about Chris is that he's hella fine :P
I just did my first L sit, and it was over 5 seconds. It took 9 days to learn, but thats feels amazing. Nice tutorial.
What progressions did u do
@@manoj.k.m4302 i practiced the same steps. I already had strenght tho hold myself up, but I didn't have the balance, and I had to do stretching exercises, to be able to hold my legs on right angle, so that they won't touch floor. I started, started from that step, where you like kick air, and take right position for a moment.
@@chronomeister. thx
9 days? thats amazing
Cangrats!!
When I try to hold L-sit my legs starts shaking like Shakira
I guess you could say your hips don’t lie

Lol same here jajaja
That’s the whole point of the L sit
Can we just take a minute to appreciate the time and effort that goes into these videos? From the knowledge to how it's applied, to how we can use to to better ourselves, editing, music.Thank you for all your efforts Chris:)
TheOriginalPringleGirl Definitely agree, I know first hand how much planning, time, and effort goes into making videos like this as I do the same thing on my channel, and I respect Chris for keeping this going so consistently for as long as he has. While I may not always agree with everything he says or does, I have a lot of respect for him in the amount of work he puts into his craft, and this was definitely a quality video. 💪👍
I swear the only reason for my muscle is cuz of this guy.
Thanks a lot, your videos are very well explained . What is every minute on the minute ? I am new to this but I am doing your work outs every day on your app and I have notice a big difference , better than going to the gym . I did the 4 weeks of quarantine and doing the 30 day program now !Thanks again Chris.
@@cz7280 is a type of workout, there are several, AMRAP, EMOM, Tabata, depending on the time and intensity of the performance.
@@cz7280 EMOM means you have to do as many repetitions as posible in a minute, and once you have reached that number, you have the rest of the time to complete that minute to rest. Hope you understand... See you in the Bars!
Legends say the dislikes on this video are the guys that only lift weights, and skip ab and leg days.

@@sonnys4766 huh, i wonder why
@@sonnys4766 That may be true but take a look at Old School Calisthenics. I for one, work on my lower body equally with my upper body. It's all about balance for me. Training and not "working out".

Love how he does everything with us and encourages us to be able to reach our goals. Ty Chris
So I basically learnt L-sit about an year ago through Chris's introduction to calisthenics vid. Ofcourse initially I couldn't do it and it seemed almost impossible to do whenever I attempted it. Then I started training all the progressions shown in the vid about 3 times a week and after about 2 months once at home I just attempted to do the L-sit. And guess what all of a sudden I was actually able to do it.
Ty Chris♥️
True af...btw need some subsc can anyone plz provide some subsc????
How long can you do it for? Atm I can only hold it for about 6 or 7 seconds
Impressive man ! Did you do L-sit training instead of a workout ? Or were practicing L sit and later the day still worked out ?
Thanks by advance, hope to get the same results as you.
I just did it after 2 weeks and can only hold for 1-5 seconds... :)
I was so happy that time... It was month ago tho but now I can hold it for 30 seconds...
@@3pick4c4o5 Yea, I was doing the L sit practice instead of my ab workout. I would go for 3-4 rounds of all the progressions

Chris, you definitely changed my perspective on bodyweight training. I come from a powerlifting background and I'm amazed at how hard your discipline really is. You helped me find my weak spots, dropped 6 lbs, lower abs are coming in nicely as well as my shoulders and upper pecs through different variations. My flexibility has improved and I will continue incorporating your style into my own training upon returning. Can't wait to see the carryover!
Getting in the best shape of my life thanks to you chris💪🏼 I've found there's something to learn in every video!

I only started watching Chris Heria's videos 5 months ago and since ive been doing his arm,ab and leg workouts and I am seeing so much progress all thanks to him. He is such a good instructor that when watching his videos it is as if he were there telling you not to give up, to keep it up, to stay strong. I with all sincerity love all his videos and hope to one day be half as awesome as Chris 💯💯👍🏿👍🏿🖤
14 years old, started seriously exercising 5-6 months ago, didnt had anything except two dumbells...still exercising with those same two dumbells and after hardwork sweat got that tsix pack and shredded look only because of you Chris Heria.i will be always thankfull to you
How’s your physic now? You probably 17-18 rn
I am so impressed with these videos. Thank you for putting real, actual, helpful information together in such an easy-to-digest format. Your production quality is so consistent and slick. Very impressed. Thanks :)
Man video is absolutely awesome! I love your work! You have very clear explanations and your attention to detail is evident both in your exercise, your body, how you groom yourself, the space around you and the quality of your video and editing. Just great! You and your work are wonderful!!!
I feel like what ever I'm wanting to learn in calisthenics, when im looking for some tutorials on yt I always find Chris's video at literally Everything. Thanks dude you are really helping me out with learning new skills!
Hii from Malaysia!! My whole family watches your video and we *try* to follow your workouts as much as we can!! My brothers a huge fan of ur videos and music
Fantastic video Chris. Thank you for these neat little progression exercises. Cool way to break it down.
There are lot of other videos with trainers but the way Chris does it is so different. He is the like the salesperson who can get me into buying anything he sells but instead of product it's working out. You motivate me!
Dude right when he said “it’s because they don’t believe they can do it” I did it right after. That motivation is legit. I’m hyped and on my way to exploring my capable strength with everyone in the heria family! Much love!! 💪
Thanks for another great video! I am 43 and have lost 13 lbs in the last two months using your videos. Never worked out before in my life and definitely not so consistently. My son managed to convince me to start small and one training per week has led to 4 per week in no time. Not only have I lost weight, but I feel great and am motivated to lose another few pounds so I will be back to the weight I was when I got married 20 years ago! Thank you so much Chris for the inspiration and also a big thank you to my son and coach, Jamie! By the way I live in Holland so I'm watching this video in the middle of the night 😂
That’s amazing! It’s never too late to start, and you are proving, that when you actually set your mind to make a change, is when it happens! It all starts in the mind and a strong will to do so! Thanks for watching!
Esme storm thank you for sharing. I am 45 and so out of shape. Very encouraged to hear it can be done at our age.
I just started doing your work outs and I’m actually improving thank u Chris for showing the best exercises I just started 3 days ago but started watching ur vids for 2 years.
I may be in bad shape rn but I have the knowledge of Chris
Very useful guide. How he explains and demonstrate will not only motivate but inspire and keep you going over and over... thanks Chris. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Haha, yesterday I was like: "ahh, damn wish I can L sit". And here we are today. Keep it up Chris, you are huge support to a lot of people. 💪
Just wanted to say, thanks Chris. You really saved my ass during quarantine and honestly, I never thought I'd enjoy bodyweight workouts/callisthenics but I like it a lot more than the gym???
Yep, thank you very much for this Chris. It's what I needed! 💪🏽

Your videos are way above any other on youtube. Great work. Thank you.
Thank you so much bro....I started to learn this move yesterday.....your timing is perfect bro🙏....This will actually help me in progressing....
Thanks so much Chris! Asked the same question in the last video and you made an entire video on it. Legend 💯🙌🏼

You are the best bro! I appreciate all your time and effort to pass down your knowledge! 💯🦾
Thank u for this step by step , I've been struggling with this for a while , love u man , I appreciate u .
Chris when the quarantine started I was in very deep anxiety and I started to meditate and doing exercise and first 4months I did your 7minute workout and then I slowly progressed to 14mins and then 20minute but then I quit and started to focus on more strength exercise but I still do cardio 3times a week so thanks for all you saved me at depression
👍🏿
HERIA IM HERE MAN!!! You are my fvcking hero man!!!
Very detailed in your training, I appreciate your time, I valued it and will be putting in to practice‼️
Chris your guides are actually worth it and that is something i can say after implementing it actually, can you please do an extensive video for in home workout without equipment for lower abdominals please? Much appreciated
All support bro you are incredible🔥❤
I've been working on the L sit for the last month or so and finally did it a couple days ago! It was a proud moment. Still have to work on mastering it, but excited for the unlocked exercises to come!
You still L-sittin?

Thanks Chris, amazing teacher. More love from Kenya. Pushing till infinity
Great video! you are one of my favorite calisthenics CZcams’s. I am currently between the L sit kicks and single leg lifts. I think I have an anterior pelvic tilt, which is making it hard to hold the Lshape but I am defiantly noticing a difference in strength slowly especially in the hip flexors.
I learned L-Sit in one month just by trying everyday day.
I swear to God I learned it in one week using an app called thenics, and now I'm progressing to v-sit, I can hold it for 15 seconds, you?
@@dedopest3305 if you have been training with bodyweight exercises calisthenics to be specific for a long time then it is not gonna be tough for u i just randomly tried it one day thinking that there is no way i could hold this move but to my surprise i was able to hild it for a couple of seconds and now i can hold it for 20 sec

CraftCompilationMc yeah I can hold it 15 sec its my max at the moment
Same, two month into Calisthenics and my L-sit is pretty solid. I can hold it for 30 seconds plus
Keep doing what you do and forget the haters. Everyone appreciates your guidance. Jealousy runs strong around you.
Hi Chris. Thank you so much for this tutorial! I am going to try it 💪🏼.
after two months of watching your videos, i finally did it!!!! went from 0 to 15 seconds, thank you so much chris heria
Nothing I like more than hearing Heria break down these exercises to the nerve that makes it work. #Chrisology
what’s up chris i love your videos and motivates me to lose weight i’m 12 years old and lost 12 pounds using your workout i’ve been doing it for 1 month thank u so much i use my bookbag full of books as a weight vest i can afford urs but keep up the good work and i hope ur doing well during this quarentine
Thank you so much for these progressions. I finally managed to do my first L-sit off the floor today, after weeks of training.
Would defs recommend training your L sit first from an elevated or hanging position, and the tuck L sit is a great progression
Love this video, thanks Chris

Hey Chris, I'm brazilian, I came here to thanks for these amazing videos, I'm just in the begining but I'm still at the beginning, but that's what they say: I took my first step. After 2 years with a sedentary lifestyle and depression, which unbalanced my diabetes and my weight went up. Now, I'm getting on track with diabetes, it's a difficult path and I often (almost always) get discouraged because I get tired or I have hypoglycemia. But thanks to your videos, little by little I'm getting better.😁
As someone who learned to l sit a year ago, the way I learned was training my abs every week and while gaming on the ps4 would try it everytime I would queue up for lobbies or something of the sort....one day I did it and it was amazing
