Chris, I’m a 55 year old man and thanks to you, I’m in the best shape of my life. I’ve been working with you for a few months now and I see a physique emerging that I never thought I would have. It goes to show that it’s never too late. A six pack at my age?! Crazy! Thank you so much Chris. All the very best to you and your family.

Hey Chris, I'm brazilian, I came here to thanks for these amazing videos, I'm just in the begining but I'm still at the beginning, but that's what they say: I took my first step. After 2 years with a sedentary lifestyle and depression, which unbalanced my diabetes and my weight went up. Now, I'm getting on track with diabetes, it's a difficult path and I often (almost always) get discouraged because I get tired or I have hypoglycemia. But thanks to your videos, little by little I'm getting better.😁
