Great video Ray! You really can’t beat mowing because it’s repeat work. There is basically no advertising to be done because once you get the clients the work keeps coming. That’s why I love it. I wanted to mention you might want to look into investing more towards your retirement. I’m glad you are doing a Roth IRA but you might want to do more than that. I don’t want to work my whole life so it’s nice to have a retirement to fall back on. Just my thoughts. Keep up the grind!

It’s no body business what, how and why you run your business, we all do things different, but if someone really wants to look at your videos and see how you made some really good decisions with your money and it shows me and should show others that hard work and making smart moves with your money in this game really pays dividends to dig deeper and be more successful!

I am confused again, whoever says stuff like that needs to make videos and show what they do for years , Ray is a 1 man show with 1 helper , Ray has more and does more in different fields of work than many other companies that have a couple owners, smart move to build the building, it keeps your expensive stuff out of the weather and lets you work on stuff indoors, Ray is successful just in the mowing field then add on the other stuff he does, great video Ray, other people needs to share videos and telling showing what they do, success is RAY.
See that’s your problem. You think that kind of work doesn’t exist. There’s 1000’s of businesses out there turning that much on a daily basis with a skid steer, boom and a dump trailer. You’re too scared to go look for it. You stay in your little secure zone of riding that mower. I know I know better. 20 years in this industry and selling last year for over $850k. Yeah I’m certain I know more. Yeah I’m on my couch at my m lake house watching. How, why?! I had ALL my equipment making top dollar every day. Not just the employees that mow. 17 years in this business and you still haven’t paid off that house you probably paid $80k for. You ain’t made no money. I paid off my starter home and four others that are rentals now.
