For a inexpensive smoker I would go with the Lexington Pitboss. It is a entry level pellet smoker and if you catch the older model they are $297. Thats the one I used for most of my smoking/bbq vids. Easy of use and value that would be a good choice unless you want to get into the offset smokers. But with those it takes time and a lot of patience.
