I'm so glad summer is back! My favorite time of year to spend in your yard! Love the aviary and all the color I see. I'm so behind on videos right now because I'm moving. Very interesting video. Looks like you will need 4 latches. Two go up two will go down. The enclosure looks very nice. Was very sad this morning my 18 year old Lovebird went over the bridge still have a cockatoo and conure to take care of. Waiting on the condo assoc. To lay the mulch so I can plant. Have too many petunias and seed Daliahs to plant, zinnias, just started Oriental poopies and a smi tray of pansies in refrigerator sprouted in two days I'll put them in the shade when leaves pop.
Hi Jeff! The Dracaenas look much happier, and bigger in their new pots. The areas you cleaned up are looking much better. I'm surprised you are getting rid of the blue pots because they go so good with your other blue pots. IMO, I think they would look nice on top of the wall with pretties planted in them. ;-) It would be a lot of work setting them up though. I remember when you stacked them and made a vegetable garden. That was fun. I know you'll make the aviary work. I like the look of it and saw in a response to Judy that you may paint it white. I think that would look really good. I like the bamboo pots for the same reasons you do. Please show Diego and give us an update on how he's doing/adjusting. I think he is so pretty. Hi Turbo! Thank you so much for sharing!
It’s funny, I have an 8x10 foot patio/deck. I only plant in a few pots out in front, but I can literally go on and on thinking talking discussing and imagining what I want to put where justas much as you. You would think I had a yard! But my brain works the same way. And it’s very gratifying. ❤️💐❤️

The aviary looks great. Really sorry it's shoddy materials. I've gotten stuff like that too. Something calming about the rambling. Could be the glass of wine, I don't know.

I know you are excited to get the palms in place. I’ve always thought about bamboo in a pot but never tried it. Wonder how cold tolerant it is in a pot when do you try to protect them in winter. Side note I always love seeing Turbo in background laying on his side basking in the sun. Nice job on the clean up. I hate small thin cheap tarps too. I go through them pretty quickly
Maybe you could make a base for your big cage to set on... and add coasters on the bottom... to move it.

I usually get so tired outside planting and pulling weeds that most of my stuff litters the yard. I’m too exhausted to clean up after myself, I probably should quit before I get that way but I would much rather be outside especially after being cooped up during the winter. I’m making some head way in the new garden BUT the snake keeps tormenting me. Why is it always where I need to be, I keep asking myself that question . Maybe someday I’ll figure it out. Maybe it’s the pond . 💐💚🙃
Oh yeah, ponds and snakes go together. I'm sure he's just keeping busy eating rodents. I know what you mean, it always takes an extra push to cleanup after all of the planting!
Oh my! the cicadas... are deafening....like aliens.....is there a wave in their sound like a heart beat..how do you keep them out of the house? Does the tortoise like them? We can still hear you just fine though...bless you.still Love your videos.

I bought a fan palm that I'd like to keep outside this summer but there's really no shade in my backyard so I'm trying to think of ways to keep it shaded so that it doesnt get burnt to a crisp!
