- Je vous présente le run de qualification de ma deuxième MOH celle de 2023.Aucun changement pour ce run de qualif qui reste le même tracé que celui de l'année précédente. Pour ma part, j'ai un peu galéré à me faire un bon chrono je fini donc 253 sur 800 personne avec un chrono de 19 minutes.

@@benstein7052 I was short but powerful. Very strong for my height and loved my bike. Back when Raleigh released the Bomber, early 1980’s.
Since then has not been too good for me, I am now an old and disabled man but I am happy with my life. That’s what counts.

…sustained DH at that intensity and altitude is no easy feat, your conditioning is tip top. I wish we had races like that in the states.

EMTB's make these rides so much funner. You have so much more power to muscle through the Rocky sections and you can do 400% more miles in the course of a day ride. And then when you brake heavily into a corner to scrub speed you have power in the middle of the turn to get right back up.

Great ride and course. DH in the 90's didn't have bikes that could handle this. Reminds me of the Hare Scrambles and Enduro races, long and hard.

Having been a road cyclist and raced in France , Belgium , Netherlands, etc . I notice that all these guys need to improve fitness by spending at least 4 hours a day on a roadbike

You don't need a gpx file, it's easy to follow this track, there are always tire line on the ground

Yeah, I know. The next year, I will take a new bike for this competition, because actually, I have a freeride bike, so the weight of to the latter is very heavy (17kg). So i already do my choice for my next bike, a bike more enduro of course
@@crunchseb92 yeah for sure.. but a new bike dont fix you cardio lack.. the Enduro AND DH need even More cardio thank xc.. running boxing or Any indoor workout Is very helpfull for cardio AND resistence

With all respect to the sport, but this is not helping to protect our environment. It might be argued that this is not as bad but at the end it has impact on the surface. We should not do all the things we can do but take a little bit more respect to nature.
