Flaps wings and blows everyone back (does not damage nor affect anyone with a barrier)
Moves to another part of the field (anyone at its landing spot is knocked to the center)
Small AOE stomp to anyone in front of him
Swipes his tail and hits anyone near the center of the arena
Pressure Explosion (art): All-hitting AOE
Party: Estelle, Agate, Tita, Kloe
This fight is very simple. Ragnard can be Clock Downed AND debuffed with Kaempfer so you can maximize your turn count and damage before his attacks. Agate should be spamming Wild Rage into Final Break (take advantage of crit bonuses). Place your team in the center of the arena so none of them get stomped when he flies to another part (He will always be at the sides in the middle so the corners are safe too). Be wary though that all of his attacks will one-shot Tita unless if she has enough HP and DEF (the bite does a little more than 4K) so make sure you have one or two other Earth Wallers to keep her protected. Pressure Explosion hits everyone so make sure everyone has a barrier. His wing flap attack does no damage nor does it dispel barriers so take advantage of when he does that because its effectively a waste of a turn for him.
