Crank Replacement-Lectric 2.0 XP

Let Dean show you how he replaced the damaged drive-side crank on his wife's Lectric XP 2.0 electric bike. This video includes failure of a cheap crank removal tool from Lectric and the success that came with ordering a tool that was more robust. The methods shown in this video 'may' be suitable for other bike brands of which the universal crank puller tool fits.

Was it being squeaking when pedaling is that why you had to replace it ?

Because anytime I pedal it squeaks like crazy

No, as seen in the video, I broke the chain cover and to replace the assembly, the crank arm had to be removed.

Lectric is such a disappointment with their service. I've have the 2.0 and 3.0 and premium and the 2.0 and 3.0 were lemons.
