Damn, even the interview contradicted itself. How do they say they're "very open to the public " and then turn down public call questions? Then used the "above my pay grade" excuse. Like, these are his beliefs also, are they not? So regardless of how the public takes the answers, they should be proud to speak them because it's 'the truth'. This just demonstrates to the public that, yes, they are hiding things.

They were never instructed to from home to home to evangelise. They did have meetings in homes with believers. 7 - 8 million members is small in comparison with other believes.!
Actually attended the “Elder”- directed “training” in 2015….it is approximately 30-45 minutes of information which addresses how to stock and transport the “cart,” appropriate behavior while tending the “cart” (not eating/drinking, boisterous behavior etc.) and “encouraging” brief interactions to facilitate increasing outreach contacts. It is in fact over-structured (as is everything else in the cult.) It is generally understood that a Publisher” may NOT “engage in Cart Witnessing” without attending the structured training session.
I didn’t know your dad was a firefighter. I know a lot of JW firefighters. I think it’s because the schedule allows for a lot of time in the ministry and it’s one of the few good paying jobs you can get without having a college degree
I think the leadership knows that cart witnessing, and door to door doesn't really work which serves to further isolate members, where they are manipulated into thinking the only other people who they can rely on are other JWs.They know that most of the members are and were born into the organization, but tell witnesses that the field service is critical or you are "blood-guilty" as Morrison once said. And I am sure that rep knew there would possibly be some callers that wanted to ask about the CSA cover up.
I actually feel bad for most JW.. Like this gentleman most are really good people , honest people trying to do good. I have family who are still JW and they are amazing people and truly believe this is the truth. But the information they are getting from up top is the problem for me. And when they question anything , they better not question the answers they get. It's a sad situation to me!
The same can be said about most Scientologists, as well. People who genuinely believe they are a force for good in the world. Individuals with a desire to make a meaningful difference during their lifetimes may be drawn to religion partly because there's strength in numbers, and they believe their impact together will be greater than it would be individually.
Was unfortunately not available to watch it live yesterday but catching up now. The fact that the host doesn't even know the name of the religion of his guest is HILARIOUS
I would never want to point fingers at JWs. It is sad to me that they are led by a group of men that say they speak for God. The subjects they bring to your door are canned, the script given to them. They are encouraged not to seek a message from God on their own.
This JW spokesperson is no different from any other JW in the fact they are not open and honest when they are asked specific questions that they feel might reveal information or motivations for what they do. Their rehearsed , learned , stock answers to questions are pathetic and border on wilful lies. More often than not they wont even give you an answer to any genuine question if they cant give an acceptable answer. There are so many secrets and things about the workings and beliefs of the religion that they actively will not tell you.
I've found that the quickest, most efficient method for getting a JW to quit a debate is to ask them to explain their beliefs. JWs are perfectly content to preach and tell people how great they are and how correct their beliefs are, but when you hold their feet to the fire and make them explain their beliefs so those beliefs make sense to anyone other than another JW, they quickly realize how stupid and untenable their beliefs actually are.
@@adamantiumbullet9215 Yes exactly right. How can you dedicate your life to a group when you cant explain what they tell you you have to believe. Insane behaviour that anyone would get involved with this religion that will kill you at any time if you need a blood transfusion or from being shunned or mental, physical and spiritual abuse that leads individuals to take their own lives. Then the constant fear of being killed at armageddon for not being good enough is too much pressure for any normal person. Nothing good about the religion. Die if you dont and die if you do mentality leads to serious mental disorders.
All the JW spokesmen are so snake like.. it's hard to listen to. But it is obvious to everyone that they have something to hide, so that is a positive . All hail the algorithm!
😮They're sharing "something positive" these days!?!?! Whatever happened to the "hard-hitting message" like hailstones that JWs were supposed to be unleashing on the world right before the end? You know, the message that was so hard-hitting it'd piss off everyone and bring the persecution JWs crave that would usher in the great tribulation? It appears the message is not hard hitting but is, instead, coated in sugar and wearing fluffy bunny slippers.

As a PIMO myself having had thousands of conversations with everyone from a child to a CEO this guy is absolutely worthless. Rather than remove the mystique from the JW faith this guy is acting like he is on the witness stand and is trying to avoid testimony. It’s become a toothless version of sudo Christianity where they only take a stand internally. 😂😂😂
What would help here is if you could contrast the implications of baptism in the Protestant tradition, and or Catholic tradition with the implications of being baptized as a JW. I.E. : A baptism into JW, gives them the right to destroy your life, through shunning if you don't tow the line. Baptism in a real Christian church means only that you have accepted Jesus as your Savior. Big, big difference.
Imagine being a woman that wore/wears a cross, not raised in *any* religion, doesn't wear dresses with piercings and tattoos, but love isn't dictated by a religion and she married a (now former) JW, Whew that was wild! The first time I went to a meeting, I asked if I could go, I felt like chum just thrown in a shark tank. Of the people that talked to me, only 1 man got what I was saying, the rest just thought it was ok to lightly berate me **and I say that knowing it's not all of any one or anything** 12 years into marriage, a couple JW men came to the door once and I told them I am a pagan and if I had questions, I had my (still active) mother in law that would and could answer them because she gets *me* . They honestly had the flat out audacity to say well would your husband allow you to study. I said, rather harshly, my husband doesn't *allow* me to do anything, would he support me - yes in a heartbeat, but I didn't need his permission. Discussion yes, permission oh no, my brain works, I'm over 18 and he's not my father. You'd think I just told them the sky was purple, grass was blue, and Earth was a cube. They came back with but if you asked him would he be ok with it. I was fire hopping mad at them.
I have armed both my sister (out for many years) and brother in law (never witness). While in the car with them I played the cleaning song. He randomly whistled it for about an hour to mess with her. And she got a bag of tomatoes to threaten to throw at him. Hahahahahahahah.
Watching this post live... wth?! Why can't he answer SIMPLE questions?! He sounds so dodgy!! This PR guy is THE WORST at this. I would have been better at this. (He has his script -aka phone- and can't answer his easy questions)
This post was not a disaster for JW. Just bog standard usual controlling behaviour which he mostly kept to. He struggled not to be sidelined and go away from what the official line was. He was calm & controlled in his demeanour but did not ever come across as relaxed & natural. I know for 100% sure he was especially chosen for this interview as he wouldn’t deviate.
Individuals with a desire to make a meaningful difference during their lifetimes may be drawn to religion partly because there's strength in numbers, and they believe their impact together will be greater than it would be individually. Someone who opposes organized religion may seek to acquire that "strength in numbers" churches possess without joining a church. So, they post flyers announcing the formation of a non-religious group for people who want to use their time on Earth in a meaningful way while joining with like-minded folks to contribute something positive to humanity.....the next thing they know, they've accidentally formed a cult! 😬

Totally afraid to say the truth about their teachings because people will not like it or agree!!
Unless you know someone.. I was out there with an elder doing the cart with zero training back in the day
Yeah, he's being so evasive, makes a politician look honest.
Like he admires George Santos.
He's like a Russian apparatchik terrified of saying the wrong thing. He knows the penalties of screwing up. A true culty cult.
Latter Day Saints knock on doors, and believe in an Earthly hope not heavenly. But we were always told we were the ONLY ones, unique!
Bill is referring to our interview with him in March. It is on CZcams. “ Keeler Live Stream Monday, March 13, 2023
I love a good disastrous interview
If the beliefs are from the Bible, then why can’t you stand on those “truths” in public?!? Unbelievable!
Jake changes age by 10 years every week. I love the mix up in style! Keeps us on our toes. XD (I'm the same, I look 50 with a beard, 25 without. :P )
"I would have told him to hand in his gun... his knife" had me cackling 😂
What was the purpose than of this interview ?
He does not answer questions.
Is some of the questions he didn't or was in the position to answer is it classified material ? 😂
My husband started going to the Kingdom Hall . He hid it from me for a long time, has almost been the end of a 28 year marriage. Still a struggle.
If it make no problem why not
@@tun2wThe Jehovah's Witnesses are a dangerous cult. THAT'S THE PROBLEM.
@@tun2wit make many problem, it’s a doomsday blood cult
I’m sorry to hear that, JWs lie routinely- they are taught and encouraged to do so
I actually feel bad for most JW..
That’s good was worried you were going to miss this one.
I thought that xtian host was deliberately teasing Hendricks with that, not that they didn’t know.
Jake, have you reached out to WIBX 95 directly? With a link to this reaction video and offer an interview?
Yes, Blue Envelope channel did a video on Dwight D. Eisenhower's family history in the Bible Students
That for this informative video. I watching it from South Africa
The use of the words "community outreach" when did that become a thing???
Thats a frequant christian church phrase
Only if you want to buy their propaganda but no help for the homeless ,no free meals or clothes or shelter . Community out reach my a$$
I've been whistling that song all night. Damn you, Jake. Lol 😂
I would never want to point fingers at JWs. It is sad to me that they are led by a group of men that say they speak for God. The subjects they bring to your door are canned, the script given to them. They are encouraged not to seek a message from God on their own.
I like how the Cart doesn’t say the organization on it
Children singing is one of the worst sounds in the world for me.
Dammit Jake...that song has been in my head for a week 😂
President Eisenhower was raised as a JW. The 1980 WT of Oct 15 has an article that mentions this called A Soldier Who Became a Preacher.
All JWs are liars, they have to be
@@adamantiumbullet9215 Yes exactly right.
“Yes, drown out content” LIMITED HANGOUT
Comes to answer questions about said religion
“I won’t be answering questions, that’s above my pay grade”
Hey Jake, I am going on Bill Keeler's show in the morning at 7:40 a.m to counter this reps claim!!!
😮They're sharing "something positive" these days!?!?! Mama Mia.. in my day, I thought this "message" was sold to us door knockers as of the highest priority for the people hiding in their PJ's and dressing gowns, potentially the one and only life saving message... this good news of the kingdom and how to survive A. 😮..😅😅 how they have diluted the urgency 🤭
1% interview 99% interruption
This comment is 0% accurate and 100% annoying 😂
I'm betting he was also in chat with the PI department with them listening in and letting him know what to say and what to avoid.
21:45 "Next generation cart technology" 🤣
I got baptized at 26 I was a drug sex and alcohol addict :) sexually abused domestic violence victim
Now they df’d me yay all that addiction happened after a pedophile Jw helped my parents become JWs
Odd much?
I’m sober now I’m gay I got a girlfriend but I’m not using drugs nor getting into violence or sexual assaults anymore. Thank God. Aka HP
Brooo, this interview is goldddd 😂😂😂
So what....any Catholic church anyone could walk in at any time... Big deal with that public bull
Nobody approaches the cart in our town 😅
Thanks!
Hahaha! The shrek song. I know what they are referring to. When Shrek and Donkey first get to Duloc and they find the animatronic puppets signing the welcome to Duloc song. Omg it sounds just like it. Hahahaa! 😂😂😂😂. Jake, you gotta look it up. It’s so funny and comparable.
I had the same reaction look on my face as Shrek and donkey after hearing the song
Eisenhower's mom was a Bible Student.
Try writing PSUEDO !
Why is that goose constantly looking at his phone??
What Robo-Ron Curson lacks in eye blinking frequency, Robert Hendricks has got too much 😆
Does not compute! 😅
Why don’t they setup their trolleys out the front of every church, synagogue, mosque etc
Of the people that talked to me, only 1 man got what I was saying, the rest just thought it was ok to lightly berate me **and I say that knowing it's not all of any one or anything**
12 years into marriage, a couple JW men came to the door once and I told them I am a pagan and if I had questions, I had my (still active) mother in law that would and could answer them because she gets *me* .
Omg…he was in my circuit when I was younger. I remember not liking him. Always thought he had a “higher than thou” air to him.
Eisenhower's mother was a "Bible Student"
Watching this post live... wth?! Why can't he answer SIMPLE questions?! He sounds so dodgy!! This PR guy is THE WORST at this. I would have been better at this. (He has his script -aka phone- and can't answer his easy questions)
They really are unbealiveable but quite a few do, strange world.
Wow I can’t comment on that, sounds like a worldly cooperate lawyer more so then a loving overseer appointed by God
*Mobile Literature Cart* = Bullshit On Wheels.
"We", the JW's believe in the Bible based on rewritten scriptures in the NWT by the Watchtower to suit their teachings at their meetings.
@larysnw418 nice to see Jw's commenting on videos they shouldn't be watching 😅🤫
This post was not a disaster for JW. Just bog standard usual controlling behaviour which he mostly kept to. He struggled
not to be sidelined and go away from what the official line was. He was calm & controlled in his demeanour but did not ever
come across as relaxed & natural.
😂New chart technology 😅. You're a laugh a minute Jake. I love it. Where do you get this quick wittedness. (Not witnessedess.... Wittedness 😆😅) love your channel
The guy is soooooo afraid not to look at his phone......how robotic
By the power of commenting, may your algorithm be blessed
I would love to read the notes on that jw phones.
1:20:15 i let my wife listen to that same talk in front of me. I couldn’t help but jump on how the speaker built the whole talk on one verse taken completely out of context
Yes lad great video my brother in arms
Subtitles are not available. I regret it because I don't speak English. Sorry.
All they got for certain is the donations and the quantity of attendants 😅😮
Patrick DeBono, Rome NY congregation.
Completely incapable of defending their faith. This is the dumbing down encapsulated.
Not a membership drive!???
Lies!!!
