ACV full strength, once a day. I rub it on my arms before bed. It smells horrible but I let it dry. Then I go to sleep. It helps so much. In the morning I shower and rub on some nice lavender scented oil to offset the ACV smell. Please try this if needed!

How come you use acv daily on your skin?
Im gonna try. On my very itchy skin… I felt like crying, it itches bad for 1 hour or more. I will take a cold shower with apple cider vinegar and update you guys if it feels any better or stops itching.
Update: Sooo I took a 30 minute shower with lukewarm water.. I put apple cider vinegar on my towel. I started to itch while showering, but I still wash my legs (which I am usually scared to do, because it itches like hell afterwards.) and it started itching a bit, but I still kept going. And the more I itch, the colder I turned the water… so then, afterwards I usually itch IMMEDIATELY… but it only itched a little bit. It’s started to itch as I’m typing this, but it doesn’t feel like hell like usually. So yes, I’m still itching, but it’s not terrible.. it’s a little bit of needle prick feelings here and there. I do think this helped.

Itching from allergy, hope it helps because we are using antihistamine it gone, then after they eat bad food again they back... I don't know what natural or best thing to do instead of injection or steroid...

I believe it is caused by foods l eat. Comes and goes on my face as well. Once , it was gone for months at a time. But l was drinking plenty of water back then as well, so maybe that water was flushing things out of my system ??

I woke up a couple of days ago with a rash the size of a dime and it grew to about a quarter and it’s been really itchy were it’s annoying and it’s starting to swell from my scratching it. I dabbed some of this vinegar (organic) and it relieved the itchy pain away within 10 mins !!!! Thank you so much !!
It is important to tell what the "mother" is in this unfiltered vinegar. If it's there, we need to know why and how this kind of vinegar is better than a regular vinegar. Also, what about white vinegar? Should vinegar be diluted? Not enough information here. Sorry.

Hello i have sporiasis in my head and ears can i use this is it safe
Been working on the allotment and came home with both itchy hands and feet. Although I was wearing garden gloves (deer skin) and wellington boots still itched. Forgot that since I reached the menopause, I cannot stroke or hold any animals or I will start itching like mad. Have tried the ACV although I did not dilute it (I was desperate) and when it dried rubbed some aloe vera on it. My feet at the top are not itching and my hands are now quiet. I think that I will drink some diluted ACV with water and I should have a quiet night. Last night I needed eight arms and hands like an octopus. Let's see how tonight goes.

I have it for heat rash. My partner did buy me white vinegar but that stopped the itching straight away, but didn’t get rid of the redness totally. So I’m trying this instead.

Our immune systems aren't what they used to be as we get older, and skin conditions seem to be lurking. I never had skin problems until a couple of years ago. Now I have "something" in my ears, behind my ears, a couple of spots on the back of my hands and one trying to develop on my eyelid. After trying 101 remedies with no luck, I started spraying with very diluted vinegar. The itch gets addressed without me scratching all the time, which damages the top layers of the skin and delicate structures underneath. I can use it anywhere I can take my small spray bottle (buy online or in a drug store/health food store). It dries with no odor of vinegar. But I do not use straight vinegar. My doctor gave me a prescription for ear drops that have a base of vinegar. Too little. The spray approach is much better.

Just saw this video. My forearms, especially my right one has thick inflamed skin that is itchy. It is especially itchy late at night when I’m trying to go to sleep.
A few days ago I dabbed some ACV on several mosquito bites and got instant relief.
They’re eating me alive and there seems to be three different kinds of mosquitoes 🦟 the last three years or so.
They’re out all day and they are even out on chilly summer nights. Here in SoCal
Try coconut oil as a repellent to bites . It’s really greasy but it works , it’s a great sunscreen too

Vinegar also burns skin. If you have any scratched, open places on your skin you don't want to make it worse by putting vinegar on it. Some "doctors" get their medical licenses when they mail in the form on their bubble gum wrappers. Heal yourself first. A doctor is not always necessary and they can get in the way of your healing.
Don't Scratch. Many things burn once you've scratched and opened up the skin. Apple Cider Vinegar is AMAZING.
@@dianeditonno3569I have been scratching like crazy and need to stop. So I am mixing very diluted (1-2 Tbsp) of vinegar in a one cup sprayer (this is just what I do). When an itch starts, instead of scratching, I reach for the sprayer (buy them online - it's faster than trying to find them) and spray the itch. It works great. Diluted vinegar also dries on the clothes with no staining, no residual smell, and I can take my sprayer anywhere I need to use it. Keep it in the car when you go out, or in your purse. Just go out to the car for a quick spray if you are out somewhere and your itching is getting the best of you. It can be gently rubbed into the skin if you want.

My back itches quite often. Last night I had my husband apply this with a cotton pad and it really worked. Took away the itch right away though it does smell. I hope it lasts long term.
The smell of vinegar will dissipate when it dries. Vinegar is also used in restaurants to wipe down tables as it is also a disinfectant. Put some in a spray bottle and use on counters, and VERY diluted to make your own wet wipes. I keep one in the bathroom and spray down a wad of toilet paper prior to use. It helps tremendously in controlling any odors that might need addressing. It is like magic. I put about one to two tablespoons into a sprayer that holds about one cup. You can buy these empty sprayers online cheaply. I clean my glasses, wipe down tables, get rid of ants, etc. with it. I have several sprayers around, all with vinegar water. Stronger vinegar may bother your pets' nose, and really isn't necessary. Plus straight vinegar is very acidic. It is great for sunburn to take away the pain.

@@user-vs8ib9wf5v I think I used Apple Cider but it only helped, it did not get rid of the itching long-term. I am 66 years old and I think your skin just dries out as you age. I am in the process of buying a red light machine but not on Amazon, I do not trust theirs to be that good. I would research it though. It is supposed to be great for the skin.

One lady in particular said she bathes her dog first in the soapless shampoo (you probably know that it's for dogs with skin issues) and then pours the A.C.V. mixture over the dogs and rubs it in and then rinses and many people were talking about how much this helps their animals to do this on every bath. Hope this helps. I am going to try it tomorrow.

I've found that shampoo with ROSEMARY in it works for me. No more scalp sores or itching. First I just added a few drops of rosemary essential oil to my cheap shampoo. Then I noticed shampoo at Dollar General that had rosemary in it, so I just buy that. Not expensive at all.

TheTara1980 yes. But you just have to cut down on washing and sanitizing. Wear rubber gloves to do things, like that you wont get your hands dirty.

It wont if you dilute it. I use it full strength on my scalp. Get Braggs with the mother, which is a fermented substance on the bottom of the bottle. Use it for almost anything. It works. Also your skin is dry because it needs moisture. Put a moisturizer on after the vinegar

I didn't have apple cider vinegar so I tried the asian vinegar which is made from cane and it helped my dry patch on my back.

I've found a solution, that has ended my insomnia from 'weeping eczema'!! I take magnesium CHLORIDE baths and magnesium Chloride bribe spray. Or apple cider vinegar rinse after shower.
