The Raiders dominated that game. That screen pass that got returned for a touchdown pretty much iced the game. Instead of been doing 14 to 3 the Redskins were down 21 to 3 at half time. Marcus Allen was great during the game, but the defense just blitzed Theismann to death and John Riggins could get any yards with all those carries. People forget that the Redskins at that time had the highest scoring offense in the NFL EVER! So holding them to 9 points was just jaw dropping.
