How to Crochet Granny Square Pouch | Easy crochet pouch for beginners

- Hi everyone. It's been a while since I published my last video. I've been a little bit busy these last few days with some important matters. But I am back again, and I hope you will e enjoy this new video tutorial. This is a small granny square pouch that I actually made for my daughter. I enjoyed playing with different colors and I hope you will too.
You can use any type and size of yarn, but just in case you want to know, I used a lightweight #3 cotton yarn in this tutorial. This pouch size is excellent as a case for your chargers and earphones. You can put lining if you prefer. The materials that are listed below are just a suggestion to make this project. Thank you, and as always, HAPPY CRAFTING!
Materials:
- 4 colors of lightweight cotton yarn
- 4mm crochet hook
- scissors
- yarn needle
- stitch markers
Abbreviation:
*MR - magic ring
*ST - stitch
*CH - chain
*SS - slip stitch
*SC - single crochet
*HDC - half double crochet
*DC - double crochet

Hi I wanna ask like can we make the granny squares without the magic circles and just a normal granny square?
@@Fluffy_nutella.pancake , you can alternatively use chain 4, then just slip stitch to the first chain… it will give you a tiny circle instead of the magic ring technique. Then you can start your granny square the same way that I did in the video. Just replace the magic ring with that “chain 4, then slip stitch to the first chain”. I hope it would help you.
Hii i just made this! But at the end the strings were not keeping the pouch closed so its a little loose, how do i make it tighter?
Hi there, I think it is the materials that I used for this pouch. It would be better in acrylic yarn. But you can just tie the strings to totally close the pouch or you can change the materials of your strings instead. You can use a flat leather string to replace it. I hope this will help you.
