@ThickChickFitness I can't seem to get it to go more then 7-11 time at max and for me to move it I have to move my feet I cut do it otherwise. It is My first day I'm gonna continue but as a beginner what would you say a good continuous spins has?

So, I bought an I finity knockoff from Amazon. I started trying to watch other people, but couldn't get the ball up. I have had it sitting in my room for well over a week now. I don't just want it to sit there, and finally picked it back up. I decided to CZcams a tutorial and found this. I can't believe it, but I actually got the thing going! I even got through the 3 minute part of the tutorial. I couldn't keep the ball going well with adding the arm movement. But it only stopped once when I sent it in the opposite direction. I will come back and finish once I can get more coordinated with it. Thank you so much!
Me too! I couldn't afford the name brand one. I'm a single parent working part time lol. Her older videos I found, I practiced and was able to keep it up. So now I watch THIS video (I'm on day 3!!!) As my workout with the hoop 😊 hopefully we both see some progress soon!

@@landaps add a little bit of WD-40 to the track. Mine did the same thing. Hasn't since I lubed it up. Glides nice and smooth now. :)

I truly appreciate all that you are doing for us gals maybe some of us are disabled and can’t do the other type of exercises rigorous or even just walking, but this that you are doing is truly appreciated. I just got back into working out, I bought my hoop a few years ago and I tried it out a few times and got frustrated with it and it's been in pieces scattered around my house. I decided to try it out again and see if I could find videos to teach me out to get it going and have a fun way to do it and that's how I came across this video! Thank you thank you soo much for this video you made it easy to learn and not only that I feel like I was in my living room with a friend doing this together which made it more fun! Not some already fit women in a cold studio. You are so personable and made my workout so fun I was laughing right along with you u will definitely being use this video and your other videos for my journey thank you sooo much!

I was also struggling to learn how to get a motion going & didn’t realize I had one too many links. I was able to start getting a rhythm down. It’s a lot of fun. I was also getting tired after 15 minutes sooo I stopped to rest. But I am not giving up!

for those who cant get the hoop to move, put one leg out and make sure the hoop is perfectly parallel to the ground and near your belly button.

Lovvvvvve my hoop, it whittles my waistline like nothing else. Just stay with it and you will get it, it took me about a week. They sell them in Walmart now, bout mine from Amazon. I had a regular weighted hoop that I used a couple of times and didn’t like it at all, this one I love!
