Turtles in time was one of my favorite games! Very cool collection.
Dutch subscriber here! Wooow that "Game space" is epic. Kid and man heaven
Halfway through the video, man can we get more arcade set or videos like this? Really cool!
Had friend who purchased a cabinet and he really enjoys it.
thanks for posting so much. you really help entertain during such shitty times.
Yes, yes but what did they all COST?
I sent this video to my wife and she says "what I'm i looking at?".
My xmas list, get to shopping.
Yea I doubt you have a wife.
@@kyero8724, been married almost 20 years now. Thx for your concern.
@bigdogg2088, if i had to choose from today's selection i certainly wouldn't.
Lol

I never really comment just cuz I'm a lurker and dont really ever do that sort of thing but I just want you to know I think the setup is super cool! My jaw dropped a bit when I first saw everything! Super beautiful and the future-retro- bar vibe is fuckin nostalgic and magical, I love it so much. Thank you for sharing!! Much love
we are here now .. hehehe
When this quarantine is over I'd legit love to spend a week there lol

I'd spend my entire quarantine time there
Amazing how many of you have no problem with this after all his ebegging.
It was my dream as a kid to have my own arcade. Going to set up my basement like this. Wall to wall games, a pool table, air hockey, some couches, and a bar.
Two Words : Air BnB
Sell it as an Arcade adventure evening.
Thats a great idea actually.
D. Aardentvarkitage Cheers. For the right price, I'd do it. Would be a fun Weekend treat.
Yeah, in theory, but some ppl have no respect for other ppl's property. I'd be terrified to leave my stuff out for other ppl to use.
Red Death same there is no way I would ever let random people near that without me being there, the only way is if they sign a contract or something like it saying if they break anything they Pay for it
Don't forget the security deposit, with credit card on file 😂😂😂
I'd love to have one of those Mrs Pac-Man table top games that I used to play at pizzarias in the 80s.
Yes those were so fun!
Put an LCD display at the top of that legends ultimate cabinet and you could have the artwork change with each game you play.
My god dude, this is an amazing setup. I only dream of having something like this in the future.
I like this setup. If I had a big enough room for this, I would add Dance Dance Revolution.
WTF that's a man cave with your name on it! Looks great man.
I want to get at least one cabinet at some point. Man, that dudes arcade is awesome!
I have the MK one and I love it
I have 4! And a pool table, 2 racing games lol
Same here Tyler....just 1 😝

They need to come up with a Dungeons & Dragons: Shadow Over Mystara 1up arcade cabinet.
Only reason i built mine...
good news is that you can mod one of these pretty easily. I put a raspberry pi 4 into a TMNT cabinet with very little experience working with power tools and literally no experience with the pi or linux. There are several tutorials on CZcams to get you started and since most of us are stuck at home, plenty of time to do the mod.
there's a video on here of a guy who shows step by step instructions of how to mod a 1up cab with consoles. You can play directly off an xbox with both of those games and all others. Sure you can use a pi but a console is more of a plug and play option. My next cab is going to run a xbox and wii with a coin door for access to the consoles.
Buy a Raspberry pi 3 (or 4), go to amazon buy arcade joysticks and buttons, search for premade boxes (size of a shoe box) and thats one way to get started with understanding how it all works. The RBPi3 has HDMI out that you can connect to the TV. Google search what software you need, there are 100's step by step videos and it takes about 30 mins to do the software portions... the hardware stuff is super easy and once you do one the rest are the same.
I started with a PiCade that my son wanted and still have it. I was going to gut it but its small, single player and is lap size.
I have the MK, TMNT, and Marvel ones, love them.
Damn your rich
I have star wars and tmnt
Street fighter, mk2, rampage, tmnt, nba jam. Golden tea and pacman marvel vs, i just ordered outrun sit-down and a marvel pinball although i think im gonna regret the pinball. Im impatiently awaiting them to release silver strike bowling golden tea cabinet.

About to get my first (and 2nd)! Thanks for the great detail of machines I was able to visualize what would be perfect for my small gaming corner in my studio for breaks. :D
Jeremy: Pac-Man gets boring
Billy Mitchell: Am I a joke to you?? Oh wait...

*Finally* a video about video games! That's a lot of arcades! I'm planning to build my own Konami 80s machine when I have the time and resources.
This is a commercial.
@@Youarentpassing Who cares, it's still cool shit.
have you watched jeremy play video games? its worse than that guy who couldnt finish the cup head tutorial. its like hes never actually played a game before, he is that meme "hello fellow teenagers"
OMG watching this vid brought back so many happy memories when I was a kid and used to go to the Arcade with my friends from early 80's to mid 80's. First Arcade game I played was Pac Man at my local newsagent and I had to stand in a queue for half an hour just to get one go on it.
I loved playing the Star Wars game. And there was a Terminator-game that was awesome.
Holy cow, party at Jeremy’s place
Oh man, this is like a breath of fresh air. Take a break from the stress going on right now and look at some Arcade1up cabinets.
After inspecting one Im building my own pi arcade cabinet.
When I'm lowered into the Soylent Green mulch...I want the sound effects of the classic arcade games from 1980-83 to be playing.
Wow, didn't know you had an epic game room. Love the Flynn's sign. I want that now 😁. I just bought my first cabinet (got TMNT on sale). Thanks for all the info!
When the zombie outbreak comes, screw the bar. I'm going to Jeremy's cabinet hideout.
Linkpojken that comment made me realize, zombie outbreak is a lot easier than this current outbreak.
The power is the first thing goin off when the zombies come lol
Now THIS is some quality content. glad to finally see that gamer Den.
The Flynn’s light is dope, I love those movies
Matt Rivera same that brought the room to another level
I think we need to appreciate that Jeremy's wife let's him have all this. 😂
I think she appreciate's the money he brings home more

@@Unknown-sz8kg You're using that word but you obviously don't know what it actually applies to.
I appreciate the full, detailed descriptions of all of this. It's been something i've been interested in getting up to.
Man, that's honestly a sweet setup. If that table's big enough then it'd be fun to play some 40k in a room like that!
I went with Extreme Home Arcades and I’m pretty happy with my machine. 70K games from game boy to ps3
I bet your wife said "you dont need them"? Best self isolation room iv seen yet!!
It is good to know that they are improving the packaging. I havent bought any b/c the boxes have always looked like they have been dragged behind a truck

how did this not show up on my feed when it came out? Didn't even know Jeremy had this amazing man cave! :)
Thanks J.... I've been tryin to get into this stuff but had no idea where to start. Really appreciate the guide.
Not having a background in building arcades, this is so nice to see your side hobby and the fact that you have a variety of traditional and emulated games is amazing.
I have the asteroids arcade1up machine really cool alot of fun
Streets of Rage was amazing to me when I had it on my Mega Drive/ Genesis. Also R-Type for the best soundtrack on the Master System. Cool vid. I wished I had some more money. Next time I'm in the great USA I'm going to try and get an invite hehe. Love from the UK.
Streets of rage was never an Arcade
This is what I'm talking about, Life of Jeremy
I'm looking forward to the Golden Axe cab, since it includes Revenge of Death Adder, which never got a console release.
I love the brick walls and neon lights. Great touch!!!
I'll hype for this when I see light gun cabinets for games like Time Crisis or some of the more modern and active cabinets like with DDR(and its derivatives) or racing games.
House of the Dead would be awesome too
Wow! I so needed this video. I've been looking at these ever since I heard about the Golden Axe cabinet. I have a pi but wanted something more powerful and so the other cabinet you mentioned is something I want to look into. Great video man, tyvm!
Honestly. I love this video. Your arcade is badass, and thank you for the information on the 1up bases. I get so stressed out with everything else you do, that this video is a breath of fresh air. I'm mean...I'll still watch...but you know.
I was going to get one of these setups but I could only find an old Polybius machine cabinet to start from. To my amazement it still worked and tried it... now... I don't need any other games. I am content with just this one. I'd write more but it gets upset if I am away for too long.
Beautiful setup. I may not care about arcades myself but seeing your setup reminded me of some sweet memories with friends.
What an awesome game room! Many good choices.
I do like the " Flynn's " decorative touch and Brick wallpaper ( ? ), the led strips are an excellent finish.
Wow, I watch so many of your videos and somehow I missed this one. This came up in my feed after I started watching other retro arcade videos. Awesome collection!
I would love to hear an update from you on these cabinets every few years. Do you think the value you get in them is worth the increased prices they're asking nowadays? I've been seeing a load of videos of people no longer satisfied with Arcade 1Up anymore. Do you still collect all of them?
Thanks for this, I was thinking of buying these, I never realised you could get risers.
That brings me back to the my high school days of hanging out at the arcade after the football game. All it needs now is a couple of vending machines and an old fat guy signing out billiards balls.
Sick game room you have there! I dig the chaser lights and neon. I was waiting for Kevin Flynn to come in and say "Greetings programs!".
general grievous of arcade machines. I love this, I would love to have these old school machines in my own game room for my friends, family and myself. Easily adding some stations for old consoles as well. ahhh the dream.
Arcade 1up with Street Fighter 3rd Strike and Ultra Street Fighter 4- that’s my dream cab
I’ve build 4 of these arcade 1up cabinets so far. The first two had missing pieces. Centipede was missing a screw and Rampage was missing an L bracket to attached the monitor. Both were quick fixes from the local hardware store. The second two, Mortal Kombat 2 and TMNT, were basically perfect for me. These things are great for parties and family time with the kiddos.
Great vid Jeremy. When you play tabletop one player is it full or split screen?
Good lord papa Jeremy flexin on us. Looks good dude
How are you powering each of them? Are they all just plugged into a standard 110 socket? Do you have a dedicated fuse box for your arcade?
Jeremy: @ 7:35 in the video. " There's lots of damage".
Me: If there's always flex tape and flex seal.
PS this new wifi technology. LOL.
In all seriousness thanks for the tour of your arcade room, very cool.
I though this was just an advertising vid. I’m very impressed. It’s amazing. Even though it’s a sponsored vid, your collections are genuinely impressive. You could just named the title as simple as “my arcade cabinets collection” and that would got me interested already.
Jeremy, have you visited the Galloping Ghost arcade in Brookfield il.?
Would recommend.
I am sitting in the parking lot per your recommendation. They are closed. Thanks, a-hole.
As an avid C64/A500 fan I have the most respect for this setup Jeremy. Kudos mate, may the good times flow :)
That is an amazing collection. How long did it take you to purchase/assemble that room?
We bought my son the Pac Man game from Walmart when it came out. It was good to go, no issues. Of course, this is a sample of one. Frankly, that Arcade Mod-up machine looks great!
Did you hear about the big sales Walmart is having in some states on the 1ups cabinets.
For example Final fight, streetsfighter,& Star Wars are selling for $50
Some people even found Space invaders for a $1 .
That’s insane
Are these cabinets empty towards the bottom and could they be modified to put a dummy quarter slot for like a little savings/piggy bank? Just wondering if there are any crucial electronics at that point of the cabinet.
Are the newly ordered versions of the original releases solid machines now or will they still have the original issues?
I always wanted an arcade machine when I was younger. These look pretty tiny for a guy who is 6'6" but man, having Ninja Turtles, Street Fighter or Mortal Kombat would be pretty sick. Even NBA Jam!
I really like your Brick Wall backdrop. Are those 3-D type foam panels, or is that just a vinyl background? Where would I get something like that, and what is the cost?
That's great they keep working on there quality control. Its pretty cool that Arcade 1up has made it feasible to have your own home Arcade. I personally don't have the room for an arcade a sweet multi game cabinet is something I have thought about. Sweet video nice setup.
I’ve been watching you for years and I never knew you had an arcade1up collection, I’m just starting to collect them myself
RetroPie'n your 1UP is dope. It takes a lot of work but the results are amazing
Have you run all those cabinets at the same time for a length of time to tell how much it effects the electric bill? Just curious how much that would cost. I like the room. I think you should place a LED light in the top headliners that dont light up.
Love these types of honest reviews
Having the correct controls and buttons is VERY important to me. Cant wait for TRON! I hear that the buttons are little on the "clicky" side. Are they budget buttons? Can they be replaced?
Theres( aftermarket) heavy duty
Golden Axe! OMG, so many memories, I played it with my brother "co-op".
Dreaming setup wow!!! i just got my firsr Arcade 1Up the street fighter im so happy now i want more!! im thinking about MK for the next one or golden axe. I have a question do you leave your machines running all day? i love to see the 1up open even if im not playing, should i turn it of to preserved it longer??
A couple of videos ago you asked for input, well me personally as a new person stumbling onto your channel would love to see more tech/video game or comic book themed videos if yu could squeeze em in there. If not well your content is making this indoor time more tolerable so keep up the good work. thanks
Awesome setup! Where did you grt that neon flynns sign from and the brick wall paper? Exactly the look i was going for in my home arcade.
Definitely admire your collection and set up. I currently have the MKII, Marvel, Galaga, and Space Invader cabinets, but hope to have more in the future...
Thanks Jeremy this video of the arcade classics had me thinking you were speaking my language simple to pick up and put down without spending so long on these modern games to complete.
Just got my first two A1UP cabinets. Two different shipments and no issues, that I am aware of. I was actually very worried about the monitor but all was good. The decals on the sides do scratch up VERY easily, and I found out the hard way by getting a 2-3 inch slice in one. Great news is my family loves them. I can hardly believe that my wife and my teenage daughter both actually enjoy playing the simpler games. I cant wait to get a few more with some more variety.
Hey Jeremy, just watched the video for the 23rd time. I was going to suggest you do a follow up video. Its been almost a year since you filmed this one and alot has changed in the Arcade1up world along with additional cabinets. Would love to hear your thoughts and see your updated collection, after all this is the video that aloud me to find you and follow you for my other entertainment news. plus if you search arcade1up on youtube this video is still #2 with 99K watches. I hope you enjoyed this comment and we'll talk to you again real soon.
Which one do you feel is better value. MBA or tmt. Ty and great video
What a great video.
It's a nice change of pace.
You have a sick selection.
The things I would do to have a killer instinct arcade1up. It may never happen bc of licensing, but that would be incredible
now that's journalism
What is the best machine that plays everything? I think he said odroid but where can I go to get it?
Awesome game room! Glad to see things are going well for ya, best wishes.
Nice collection Jeremy. Gonna have to pick a couple of these up
What do you have the cabinets sitting on top of ? I want something like that as well
Great segment. Thanks for sharing! Can you tell me, is that real brick behind you or some kind of faux tiling?
I've got the TMNT and Marvel vs Capcom cabinets, and they're both fantastic. I just added bat tops, 6lb tension springs, and octagonal restrictor plates for the joysticks on both, caps to cover the screw holes, LED lights strips on the back to give them a glowing effect, and a light up marquee and joystick dust covers that look like sewer manhole covers for the TMNT cabinet. They're both 10/10 cabinets now.
Now, I've just got to give the area some arcade decorations and neon lighting. Can't wait for the X-Men and Killer Instinct cabinets.
Are all those mods you added how the original arcade machines were made?
Brah! I'm 6'5" too! I remember the backaches I used to get playing Tekken when I was 16! 😂
Are you going to get the pinball when they come out? Thanks
If are really into these arcades, maybe check out a virtual pinball build. It's essentially the same principle: standard sized pinball cab with a raspberry pi in there but instead of a playing field, you install a huge monitor (plus two smaller screens for the dot matrix and marquee).
Works really well
This video is extremely helpful, thank you!
As someone who owns a Pac-Man cabinet I appreciate seeing this video! It is true that earlier cabinets are not great and either the cabinets were low quality (Asteroids, Centipede, and Rampage come to mind) or they had barely any games (Pac-Man and Galaga)! I still like to play on my Pac-Man machine from time to time, but the lack of game selection is a noticeable flaw.
I have heard nothing but good things about more recent Arcade1Up machines!
I got Marvel Super Heroes and love it, the game play is exactly like I remember.
Centipede was my game back in the early 80's. Great Collection!
