Save Money By Rebuilding Your Fuel Pump Assembly

The price tag for a new fuel pump assembly is between $300-$400. I'm going to cut my costs and clean the unit and replace parts myself. I've already removed it from the tank and removed the rust.
In this video I replace the fuel pump, and solder a new wiring connector. I also install the sending unit and solder the wiring for the thermo sensor. This DIY task should save me over $200!

Probably, but not sure. I'd search for a diagram of the assembly first if it was me. Also check rockauto....
