I would REALLY love to see the NFL start integrating those neck exercises into their workout regimens to prevent really bad neck injuries, because as players get faster and stronger and fitter, they also become more capable of dealing heavier damage to each other.
u do realise that they are using it so he get's used to the g-force he pulls in the car, it's not a neck exercise to prevent injuries
@@epicoli969 I know it's not to prevent injuries. My point is that what F1 drivers do to develop their neck muscles in that way is also a perfect way to create the kind of support structure their heads need for the vicious kinds of twisting forces that NFL receivers and running backs experience when they get horse collared.
Football players start neck exercises at age 9 if not sooner. He already does them
Neck injuries are uncommon. And when they do occur it’s caused by compression of the spine/neck. You can’t train for that. And NFL players do train the neck. Most have since middle school.
@@spdcrzyhorse collar isn’t illegal because it hurts their necks. It hurts their needs. I’ve never seen a neck injury that was caused by the forces exerted onto neck muscles. Not by twisting nor bending. Neck injuries are caused by the top down compression of the spine.
Think it would be crazy to see Pierre go to a NFL practice and game too.
Rebull did that with a texas college team, but rb made sure their drivers got super babied

Coolest part was seeing Ty and Gas helping each other understand their sports, not disrespectfully but as fellow professional athletes. Gasly only represents himself as a gentlemen, and so does Tyreek. I’d love a dozen more of these videos.

He was not some innocent man that was being blamed for something he didn’t do. His skill and talent kept him in the NFL. I love Cheetah’s enthusiasm about the sport. Formula 1 really has made some huge strides in breaking into the mainstream and popular culture in general. From the Drive To Survive to more tracks stateside. I think there is enormous potential to expand the sport in America. They even have a driver in Logan Sergeant, although he is having a very rough rookie season.
I love when athletes try other sports and show an appreciation for it.
I hope Logan can at least have a better second season. I never thought I would care if a American was racing, but it’s kinda cool. I like keeping tabs on him.
