    Hey! Nice video! The only thing what I'm unsure of is that the all the fire extinguishers I checked are usually loaded between 200 - 300 bars how do you have only 60 bars input pressure, or I'm misunderstanding something about the 200 - 300 bar normal load pressure of the extinguishers? Thanks!

      Hey Thanks for the comments.. Im not sure about pressure. I bought this new to be used to this purpose. ill definitely update you with this info..

      The regulator is a "dual stage" regulator... This means that the first guage shows the pressure in the bottle and the second guage reduces the high pressure from the extinguisher to a "working" pressure usually 30 -40 psi (this is adjustable) then the needle valve controls the bubbles per second..
      Hope this helps

      The co2 extinguisher can resiste over 3000 psi, but the working preassure of mostly of al them is 850 psi thats the reasen this extinguisher marks only 60 bar.

      @@marcwalker2300 May I ask you one doubt is all extinguishers worldwide use the same size outlet thread? If yes what's that standard called? Because I see it's important to know while buying the regulator. I'm in the Middle East.

    Everything works except after the night switch when the solenoid powers on, I get no bubbles in my diffuser. I have to crank the needle to get more pressure. When the bubbles show up, I can crank it down and everything works fine.
    I should have enough with 1 bps in a 60x30
    But then the bubbles almost stop so I put it on 2 bps. I checked for leaks but cant find leaks.
    I have pressure and the can is not empty.
    When I got the bubble counter I accidentally removed the bottom part where the spring is in and it flew out. I put the spring and a small black piece in but maybe I put it back in wrong or wouldn’t it work at all if it was on wrong?
    Any idea what I did wrong?

    • @donsaquazone6611
      @donsaquazone6611  Před 3 lety

      bps i usually use depending on the plants that i have. that could be few reasons 1 your diffuser might be too tightly so no space for air. 2. your solenoid valve is not working properly.

    • @paullb2440
      @paullb2440 Před rokem

      Don’t expect bubbles the instant your solenoid switches on as pressure needs to build up in the tubing and diffuser before bubbles emerge.
