- Alexa found a cancer-causing chemical (methylene chloride aka dichloromethane) in her RO water purified by the Waterdrop A1 Reverse Osmosis Hot Cold Water Dispenser. There was also a second group of chemicals (xylenes) found in the purified water which have been linked to causing nervous system damage. Alexa tells the full story in her video - make sure to watch till the very end!

content quality is amazing. thank you for your work!
what a gem of a channel, thank you
This is a pretty significant issue. Very unfortunate. It's great that you suggested others at the end.
what were the test strips that were used? i had purchased the C1H instant hot water reverse osmosis system last year and concerned if i should keep using
I was thinking about getting this exact system. Thank you
Great job, BOS! Some eye-opening tests and analysis.
Thanks for saving me, I was about to buy one! 🤗 Thankgod I do my research.
@audenharper3014 - which system are you going for?
Great video! Please do more of this! ❤❤❤
Thank you for this and your other excellent videos! It seems as though the concentration of the chemicals decreases over time and I wouldn't be surprised if they disappear completely after a while.
I purchased a CoreRO C1H just before it was discontinued. When I turned it on, I saw that the initial rinse of the RO filter created very foamy waste water. Thanks to your video, I was aware of the potential problem and flushed the device three times. I now handle it in such way that I discard the first new filtered water after a prolonged pause (e.g., after the night). Of course, I can't say whether this is sufficient, but I'm not going crazy about it. I wouldn't be surprised if this problem also affects many other RO systems, as there probably aren't that many manufacturers of RO membranes ...
Again, thank you for your great work! Greetings from Germany!
Glad you like our videos. You can check our latest video where we tested 10 countertop ROs. Only very few had issues with chemicals. But I would agree that you are probably right: The chemicals should eventually vanish.
I built a portable version of the multi stage systems that are commonly installed under kitchen sinks. Each one of those stages is a plastic tube that contains some volume of water. So any time it sits that means each stage has standing water. I installed a t connector and a valve to allow flushing of the entire prestage before it reaches the RO membrane. People who maintain fresh and saltwater aquariums have been doing it for years to ensure the purest water goes into their tanks since even the slightest contamination can kill off a tank full of various expensive tropical fish and corals.
THANK YOU FOR RELEASING THIS VALUABLE INFORMATION 😇🙏🏽👍🏾
Grateful for this video, and water test!
Glad it was helpful!

Great Videos! Keep em coming! Looking forward to the Waterdrop N1 or K19 reviews. I'm still undecided between a Waterdrop or The RKIN U1 Countertop RO.
We haven't tested any of these yet so I can't really provide any advice at this point.
Hi Alexa, thanks so much for this. I own a k19 and I’m now concerned, having using it for 5 months. Have you tested yet? I’ll stop using it in the meantime

Thank you we are using aqua true
Perhaps the disinfectant tank is contained within the filter and would get replenished when the filter is replenished? If so, they could fix the problem by redesigning the filters.
Good thinking. I'm just not sure how the system would make it so that the disinfectant is only released every several running cycles as stated by Waterdrop.
Alexa, thank you very much
You're welcome 😊
Thank you for your work. Looking forward the RO comparison. Would be very interesting also to compare the micro and nano plastic content after RO depuration. Particularly if we consider that the 2024 NIH study on plastic particles in bottled water proved that many of those particles derive from water purification processes
I agree. Unfortunately, testing for mircoplastics is extremely expensive. And testing for nanoplastics isn't even an option that labs offer at this point.
Nice work on this channel + research! Have you tested the Waterdrop x12? Holding off on waterdrop until more research comes out, it's a bummer because their products are so compact.
Yes, we tested the X12 just recently, and no chemicals found.
Thank you for the video, If you guys could do the WaterDrop K19 , it would be greatly appreciated, I got it a month ago as my first RO water dispenser and have been using it daily. Wish I would have done a little more research before buying...
This one is on our list already!
Yep, never depend on private water firms. HIgh-quality, highly-tested public water supplies are the way to go, especially through a refrigerated, NSF-certified pitcher like ZeroWater. There's no TDS of 7+ or EPA-prohibited levels of contaminants after that.
I'm not sure what you mean by private water firm, but ZeroWater is one too. Also, most public water supplies meet EPA standards. The question is, are set standards high enough?
Wow, great great video! Thanks for sharing! What do you use for your family's water needs?
Glad you liked it. :) I'm using the Clearly Filtered under-the-sink filter.
@@boswater6065 hmmm...I'll have to take a look at the Clearly Filtered. Currently, we have the waterdrop G3 ro system and I am concerned with it putting nanoplastics in the water. I'm thinking one of the stainless steel gravity ones might be able to solve it. Berkey seems kind of questionable with the whole lawsuit and refusal to do nsf though. Any recommendations for a gravity system?
We are working on a big video for the best/most popular gravity water filters right now. But it'll take a few weeks until publishing. What I can tell you from our research so far is that with this kind of system, there doesn't seem to be a single model that has official NSF certifications for a considerable amount of contaminants. What some companies have done is their own testing against NSF standards, though.
@@boswater6065 I will keep an eye out for the video. Thanks again!
I was just watching your Video as I was intrested in getting one but No way as a little badness becomes fatal after some time .
Thank you for this very clear point that companies don't care about the user just the money they like to hide the truth and not tell you what they put in it.
Hello, thanks for your video. I cannot understand why such products are release with this kind of problems...
Because... cheap Chinese manufacturers. They have no problem injuring their own people for a buck, why would anyone else be given additional consideration?
loved this video, looking forward to k19 test!
Amazing video, please test the Osmio Zero from the UK 😅 I'm worried now! I thought when I first bought an RO hmm I wonder if the membrane filter leaches any chemicals out . . . 😪 it seems like it might do!
Thanks, I've added it to our list. So far we've tested 10 RO systems, and 3 (including the Waterdrop A1) should potential signs of leaching manufacturing chemicals. But some of those chemicals were in really low concentrations which should subside quickly. Hope this helps!
RO membranes fill the final water with nanoplastics. The filters are made of plastic. You need to Google “Columbia University water nanoplastics study”. Good luck avoiding any of this and better luck finding vendors that are honest and know what their own products are doing.
Thank you for your work in this area. I just purchased a simpure Y7. Perfect timing. 😂 Did that allow any VOC? Also the report you read said as the membrane wears out it releases VOC ?
We tested the SimPure Y7 for more than 40 different VOCs, and none of them were detected in the filtered water. As for your second question, we're not 100% sure how the 2 chemicals ended up in the filtered water. First, our theory was that the chemicals originate from the membrane manufacturing process. But Waterdrop said they come from a disinfectant that the A1 uses after several running cycles.

I tested my water and it's high in nitrates. The modern castle video and another tester showed the clearly filterd pitcher does not remove nitrates in water . After running my water thru a clearly filtered and a simpure I sent it to be tested. Simpure removed the nitrates clearly filtered did not. Yet clearly filtered said there lab tests show it removes nitrates. The only way to know is to test your own water after you run it thru a system.. Your channel has been helpful. Keep up the good work.
Thanks Rob. We're doing a big review of water filter pitchers right now including lab testing for nitrites/nitrates. The Clearly Filtered is part of this review just like many other pitchers.

Do you know what chemical (red substance) the manufacturer (specifically Pentair) uses for a red indicator timestrip for H-300 water filters and whether it is dangerous to touch? I followed the instructions on how to activate it, which suggest to pinch the bubble firmly until the bubble collapses, and repeat squeezing more firmly on the bubble if the indication line does not appear. I repeated squeezing since the indication line as not activated after the first trial, and the red substance popped up and covered my skin. Appreciate your response.
No idea, sorry.
theres a lot of soapy stuff that comes out when flushing a new filter. I wonder if the residual last a long long time - which would be very bad! They should recall this system, esp since the hot water function doesnt even work well!
Pristine Hydro has been the best one I've ever used. It's under the counter and expensive, but the water comes out tasting like spring water.
Thanks for sharing. I've never heard of Pristine Hydro before. Will check it out!
Problem is all the water purifiers are made of plastic. Unless you test for them, you have no idea if the plastics contain pthalates and other chemicals associated with plastics and microplastics. I don’t store water or foods in plastic containers anymore.
You could store the water in a glass container once purified. Also, there are some water purifiers that are completely tankless.
you might want to check inside the cartridge housing along the o-rings.. i found a suspicious sticky paste all over the o-rings in two different alkaline remineral filters in a the frizzlife ... maybe it's same for this one... maybe this is where the high reading of methyl chloride is coming from... remove the filters and clean the housings and o-rings (remove o-rings and clean) in hot water with washing up liquid .. clears it off.. then retest
That is probably only food-grade silicone grease and I think these are fine.
@@boswater6065 i don't trust it.. i got rid of it ... the housings need to be cleaned in hot soapy water at least once a year.. and i don't use any grease on any tap washers or o rings... and they are good to go for 10 yrs or so
Can attest to what she said, it's a food grade grease to ensure the o rings slide in and fit tightly without any leaks.
After seeing this I am going to unplug my Waterdrop A1 and wait for an update.
If it is an issue with the way the filters are manufactured then they should send a free replacement filter to everyone that owns an A1 unit once they have fixed the issue.
Agreed!
Can you please test the Bluevua RO system.
We did and we will publish a video on that soon!
Great information video. What is appropriate cost for the lab test?
Ours is a little more than $200 per water sample. But it also depends on how many and which analytes you are testing for.
@@boswater6065 You mentioned elswhere in these comments doing the "Ultimate" test from ETR labs, I found their price for that to be $799. Do you have any advice - I'm reluctant to buy a $800 test for my filtered water but $200 is ideal!
We use their premium test kit. That's around $250 I believe. A comparable test by Tap Score costs a little bit more. These are the only 2 tests we've used so far, and they cover a lot of contaminants. Totally understand that you don't want to spend $800. Maybe go with the $250 kit? I don't really know any good low-cost alternative.
Do you guys test distilling water filter systems? Wont those be better since theres no ro membrane?
Yes, distilled water is basically pure H2O. But you'd definitely need to remineralize. There's also the energy consumption and it's a time-consuming process. But we will definitely test water distillers in future!
I see Waterdrop is currently selling the A1 once again, they did stop selling them after your review came out. Any plans to test the ones they are currently shipping? IMO would be great to see lab test for both the A1 and the K19 and maybe even their new C1S.
We are planning to re-test the A1 and possibly other Waterdrop systems in future. Also, we'll soon publish a video update with everything we learned in the meantime.
Great Video. Do you use ETR laboratories for all of your testing?
Usually, yes!

We're currently in the process of testing 11 under sink RO systems. We are waiting for the lab results right now and will publish a video asap.
Would this apply to the G3P600? I ordered one last week before seeing this and had planned to install it today but am now planning to return it. I watched several of your videos and enjoyed them. Thanks for your help.
It could apply to it, but we haven't tested it yet. We will hopefully have a video on that in the near future.
Thank you
I'd also love to see a water sample review of G3P600! We've had the Waterdrop G3P600 for about a month now and I've had a health reaction that started around the same time as our installation. Doing a challenge now with removing the water then adding back in to see if it's really connected. We are on well water with house water softener and our TDS currently reads around 34. We previously used a gravity filter system. Would love to water test all of them, but it's so expensive.
We are working on an under sink RO video right now, which includes the G3P600. But installing and sampling all those systems one after the other takes much longer than anticipated. So, we will have lab data on the G3P600 eventually...
When can we expect to see this new study comparing different under sink RO systems
I am searching the best undersink RO system and Waterdrop X series was under my radar....Now, I dont feel comfortable to purchase X series. What is your recommendation of undersink RO systems?
We always used to recommend the Waterdrop G3 series, but never had any lab testing done. We are working on a larger under sink RO comparison video, but it'll take a while to complete. Sorry, this is all I have right now.
Please post or reply with the website for the lab you used to test the water so we can pay to have our water tested too! Thank you!
Sure! We used the Premium Water Test Kit by ETR Laboratories: etrlabs.com/product/premium-water-test/
Looks like they stopped selling this? Can't find it anywhere suddenly.
Correct. This was confirmed by Waterdrop. They told as they are looking into the issue which I think is the right approach.
Thanks. If possible can you test the waterdrop k19? to see if it affects all their RO machines potentially or just the A1.
I've added it to the list. We're testing their C1H system really soon, which is a countertop RO system. So this might show that it only affects the A1 or maybe other systems, too.
Search Waterdrop K19 on youtube, I saw several youtubers have tested K19
Hi, I tested the water with a simple home kit and didn’t find anything. Wouldn’t such a high concentration of those two substances be captured even by a simple home test kit? Perhaps not specifically but wouldn’t something look off even on those kits?
Did you test for those 2 substances specifically? I doubt that it is possible with a home test kit. We are talking ppb (parts per billion).
@@boswater6065 no, I didn’t test those chemicals specifically. I’ll stop using the k19 for now, looking forward to seeing your review of that. I wrote to Water drop asking for clarification and reassurance, I’ll let you know what they reply.
Hi, great video! I would be interested in a watertest for the Waterdrop K6. Have you tested it before? Greetings from Germany :)
how do the at home testing strips compare to the lab tests and what could they miss?
Home testing strips are nowhere near as good as lab tests. But for some analytes like chlorine they are good enough.
Based on the study you guys linked, it's more than likely that the chemicals are from the manufacturing process. Methylene chloride seems to be prevalent in membrane/polymer manufacturing, and it's either remaining in the membrane material or not removed properly as part of quality control. Have you looked at other RO membranes? It seems this might be a widespread issue and not limited to Waterdrop.
We tested about a dozen RO systems so far and found a few more with issues.
@@boswater6065is there anywhere we can access all the results in 1 place?
Yes, check our top 10 countertop RO system video on the channel. It links to a Google sheet with all the lab results.
@@boswater6065I use RO water in whole food market, what do u think their water quality? Is that good or has the similar issue?
@zmh021810 I have no idea, sorry.
Have you tested the Sun pure system? Just bought one and wondering if I made a mistake.
No, we haven't.
Thank you for this!!
I have a Waterdrop G3. Do you think it is overkill to buy the Waterdrop Remineralization filter and combine that with the Waterdrop UV light?
Based on our testing, we're not sure if those UV lights really help. The lab data still shows total bacteria in the water. So while these bacteria aren't harmful, the UV light doesn't seem to kill them all - far from it. I think adding remineralization to RO is always a good idea.
@@boswater6065 UV will not remove or clear bacteria, but will break their DNA so they will no longer be able to replicate. In addition, unless you operate in lab biosafety cabinet and use autoclaved container, you will always get bacteria contamination.
Thanks for sharing. I'm aware that UV doesn't remove bacteria but simply prevents them from multiplying. But I assumed that the test for total bacteria count is some kind of growth test(?), so allowing the bacteria population to grow for a certain time. If that is true I assumed there should be a difference between UV and non-UV-treated water, but I might be totally wrong...
I doubt it was a growth test, more likely a test to find out whether the bacteria is present. Total Coliform and E coli. are certainly detrimental, but bacteria in drinking water are not all necessarily harmful, so it is also important to understand what kinds of bacteria are in there. A lot of variations could contribute to the final test results so please keep these in mind when interpret them, particularly when all data are from a single source (i.e. a private test company).
Thanks for sharing!
yikes... great review. Is there a stainless steel RO unit that is worth looking into? What about all these plastic components leaching over time?
Thank you. There are a few stainless steel ROs, but at least those that I know are only partially stainless steel. So for example, they still use plastic filter cartridges, so not really ideal. There're also systems like the AquaTru Carafe that collect the filtered water in a glass container. But again, plastic components are used, too. It's always food-grade plastic, but I understand your concerns.

Curious your thoughts on a whole house system vs. individual filters at the sink/shower/etc. seems like the upkeep of these small systems is pretty expensive vs whole house just needs solar salts? But whole house is a big investment, would love your thoughts!
It depends on your water quality and what you want to achieve. A filter at the point of use may be required to remove all contamination out of your drinking water, and a whole house filter might not do the drink. But a whole house filter will probably do a much better job cleaning your shower water than a shower filter. But you mentioned solar salts, so I'm assuming you are looking into water softeners? Water filters and water softeners are 2 different things. If you want to soften your water then you definitely need to go whole house.
@@boswater6065 hmm, we looked at a RO whole house system that also softens the water from my understanding? Is that a thing?
It is for sure. Yes, RO softens hard water. But whole house RO is extremely expensive (for one it requires proper pre and post-treatment of the water). And unless your water quality is really bad, whole house RO might be over the top. Maybe it makes sense to have your water quality tested first.
Hey there - I just bought the Waterdrop K19 (the older model) - do you know if there are similar problems with this product?
Sorry, we've never tested this one.
Thank you for the information. I've noticed in the reports that the "Total bacteria count" in the tap water is at 0 cfu/mL but the result of the RO water shot up to >1600 cfu/mL??? That is very concerning!!!
Total bacteria isn't harmful. The count always goes up as soon as you take chlorine out of the water. These bacteria are everywhere and should not be confused with E. Coli and other potentially harmful types.
@@boswater6065 Oh ok thank you for the clarification!
Welcome!
The fact that the A1 adds a chemical to the water and the company doesn't tell us is scary. I really want to buy the k19s model. Do you know how I can find out if the k19 model has the same harmful setup?
Please remember that this is all just a theory. But if our findings are indeed correct, I think Waterdrop simply didn't know. But they've reached out to us recently and took their A1 model off the market for the time being. They said they are doing their own testing right now. The K19 is another reverse osmosis system, and our theory was that this might have to do with the reverse osmosis membrane leaching the chemical. So yes, it could be possible that other RO systems are affected, too, but we did NOT test for this yet.
Thanks for the informative information! I have a Waterdrop G3 and I'm hesitant to continue using it. I wanted to look for a new filter anyway, prior to viewing this video, since Waterdrop is made in China. When will the under the counter RO systems with lab results be published? Also, will you be lab testing the Clearly Filtered and Aqua Tru under sink filter? I might consider one of those instead of an under sink RO system. I would like to buy a new system asap, so I hope you post results soon! Looking forward to hearing back - thank you!
I was just looking into purchasing the G3 system, now a bit hesitant!
We will test the Clearly Filtered Under Sink eventually, but it's not an RO systems and thus not part of the under sink RO video. The AquaTru under sink model also isn't part of it. We're trying to publish this as soon as possible, but we had some setbacks before so I don't want to make any promises that we cannot keep. It will be a few more weeks at least.
@@boswater6065 Thanks, anxiously waiting the test results since we need a new under the counter RO system asap.
Don’t waste your money especially if you don’t have money to waste because none of these “filtering systems” are 100% accurate on every single lab test, and on different waters: eg, city water, country side or well. What if you ditch the Waterdrop RO and spend another few hundreds on another RO and later on find out that it has some issues also.
Have you considered doing a second filtration round using the Waterdrop Pitcher with its original filters because it removes this particular chemical.
Eventually the toxins in the Waterdrop G3 will clear, it’s still new. Once that disinfectant runs out then there will be no toxins in the water. ❤
Still, there's a big difference between a water filter not removing a contaminants that's already in your water, vs a water filter introducing a new contaminant.
What about AquaTru is that still safe? Also, AquaTru doesn't appear to have a mixed bed ionization stage need to find a coutertop ro that has this in the mix. This makes me think more of high quality spring water delivery and we're back a step again. uh help

so i want under the sink ro system, what would be the best
This will be one of our next videos.
damn those labs ain't cheap you can go as high as $800 for their top of the line test. I got a 16 item test +coliform test from amazon for 27 bucks water looks pretty good w/o RO filter
The question is how reliable these tests are...
Have you tested any under the sink remineralized RO systems like the sim pure under sink or waterdrop?
Yes, and we're publishing a video on that asap.
@@boswater6065 yay! I'm planning on buying one this week/next week so I am so curious which waterdrops are "ok"
We tested the G3P600 and the X12, and no chemical leaching.
@@boswater6065 that is so interesting that they dont have leaching because they also have self cleaning features, which is why i was leaning more towards the G2P600 since it doesnt have self cleaning, although i have no idea how to lean it if it doesnt. thank you!
@@boswater6065 Could you give a ballpark estimate of how long until your video is published? Thanks!
Why not get multipure. That's supposed to be the best on the market. Stainless steel, nsf certified and only change the filter once a year
We haven't tested this one yet.
Between water drop G3 and home masters RO system , which one is best . Looking for NSF certified, BPA free, made in USA . Thank you so much !!!
We're testing both systems among other under sink ROs right now. It'll take a few more weeks, though. What I can tell you already is that the Home Master isn't NSF-certified for contaminant reduction at all, whereas the Waterdrop G3P600 is certified against standards 42 +53 for chlorine, TDS, fluoride, cadmium, hexavalent Chromium, and selenium. The Home Master is Made in USA except the tank. Waterdrop is from China. Both are BPA-free.
@@boswater6065 I really appreciate you! Thank you so much
Thank you testing and doing all this work, I think I’m going to end up buying Aquasana smart flow reverse osmosis . I hope that company doesn’t spray disinfectants in the water.
We'll be able to tell you soon. It's part of an upcoming video!
Do you know when you will be posting the video? Thinking of Aquasana, but would like to see your reviews first.
🙏 thank you 😊
So does that means that waterdrop countertop water filter has chemicals?
You mean the A1? Yes, at least the unit that we tested.
So you don't know, even though you have the unit, if there is a "small tank" inside the unit that has a "disinfectant" in it?
We don't think there is, but we also didn't want to make any false claims.
@@boswater6065 Why not take the unit apart? It seems weird that there would be a tank of fluid in the machine that isn't accessible.
I agree, that would have made sense. But we wanted to make sure that the system still functions in case we need to run another test. Also, we weren't really convinced that there is such a tank. Anyway, Waterdrop is currently looking into the issue and we will definitely publish a video update as soon as we know more.
Can anyone tell me if the g2p600 is safe to use?
It didn't leach any chemicals in our recent testing.
What system you have tested and recommended?
We will publish a video featuring the top countertop ROs really soon (the AquaTru came out on top). As for under sink ROs, we are working on a video on that topic as well, but no lab data yet, so I'm hesitating to make a recommendation at this point.
I was going to ask about under the sink, aquatru makes one too and it also has a purifying tank. Wondering if it will leach out bad chemicals into water also . I hope you can check . Thank you
Added to our list!
Have you received any updated info from the company?
Yes. We're planning to publish a video about that.
This is so scary to see. I was just about to order the k19 unit from water drop. Now I’m worried about poisoning my family.
You might be interested to learn that Waterdrop is looking into the issue. They are testing the exact same unit we tested. We will publish an update as soon as possible.
Hmm,.so which RO system should we be buying?
For countertop RO, check our big comparison video! For under sink RO, we're testing 11 systems right now.
Can you please test Aquatru?
We did! There are 2 videos on our channel.
where do you send your water in for testing?
ETR Laboratories. You can find it on Google.
is it just that system or all of the RO filters on the market? I assume their Waterdrop G3 is the same issue?
We've tested 10 RO systems so far and 3 showed chemicals in the filtered water. We haven't tested the G3 yet, but we will do so asap.
@@boswater6065 are you able to share which 3 systems showed chemicals in filtered water? I want to make sure I don't buy one of those. Thank you!
Waterdrop A1 and C1H, and very tiny amounts for the SimPure Y7P-BW.
@@boswater6065 Thanks for your response! Have you tested the Waterdrop G3 yet?
Yes, but we're waiting for the results to come in.
Would you test their new K19?
It's on our list!
Can you test Bluevua RO100ROPOT Reverse Osmosis System Countertop Water Filter, 4 Stage Purification, Counter RO Filtration, 2:1 Pure to Drain, Purified Tap Water, Portable Water Purifier for Home I saw on Amazon?
We are testing it right now!
@@boswater6065 Thank you.
@@boswater6065 Is your water utility LADWP?
No
@@boswater6065I’m interested in this too! Thank you!
Is the blueva r0100 safe?
Yes
does this affect the waterdrop G3 from your previous review?
Unfortunately, we haven't lab-tested that one yet. But we're planning to do so asap.
Please let us know I´ve bought it , and using that water for my baby@@boswater6065
I´ve been giving Waterdrop G3 water to my newborn , please do the test for it, if you want help funding the test let me know
It will be at least a couple of weeks before we can do the test. So if this feels really urgent to you, then maybe better conduct your own testing. This is the test kit we are using: etrlabs.com/product/volatile-organic-compounds/ - there isn't anything that can go wrong really, as long as you follow the instructions precisely. Just make sure to flush the system for a minute or so before taking the water sample so that you avoid TDS creep.
@@boswater6065 looking forward to this. Have you looked into testing nanoplastics in water with the RO systems? Most of them are built with plastic but it's been recently identified that this is a big issue with nanoplastics being linked to heart attack, stroke and early death. A quick Google search shows you the recent data.
Have you tested the Sans water purifier?
No, we never even heard of it. But I've checked it out and it's on our list!
The Sans water purifier is on our list, but I cannot promise if/when we'll test it - there are just so many products out there and we have to prioritize the most popular ones.
It's an internal list of all the products that we may test in future.
Added! Thank you!
is the frizzlife 1000 system affected by this?
I don't know. We haven't tested the Frizzlife 1000. But I've added it to our list!
