I like how Yui basically saw through the whole thing by knowing how great of a mentor Keiichi is to other rookies in the company and called out Harada for purposely making mistakes.

Haven't seen this art style in a long time. Yamashita and harada are the most evil couple (no longer together) I've ever witnessed on this piece. Keiichi should've sued them for multiple charges but knowing him,he's too lenient for his tormentors. Yui and Noa for the harem in the end.
This story was terrible. The company president and his daughter knew how important Keichi was and how integral he was to the company. And yet they let a random manager below them, bully him out of the company for rubbish reasons. Which ended up harming their company massively? People that inept wouldn't be leading a successful company. Haha... No way in hell. Atleast other stories like this show the president is oblivious and too busy to see the rubbish going on below him. But this one straight up states they knew this guy's importance and still let it happen. Terrible story.

Story idea:
MC is under toxic boss and holds the system together unknown to everyone else.
When he collapses, he is given a Loooooooooooong hospital stay. From his bed he gives instructions to operate stuff but is again ignored.
The systems break down and they call him but he refuses.
They send a woman to call him back. But she's the one on his side. So when they keep calling while she's visiting, she snaps and tells the boss to stfu.
Then both of them quit by sending in their mailed resignation letters.
And they both start a company together once he is discharged. And the ex company dies forever.
OR
The CEO is fond of Mc and the woman is the CEOs daughter. So they kick out the boss and persuade MC to make another manual, placing the right people kn charge
I get a feeling that Keiichi will end up marrying both girls that stood beside him.

this is what happens when you an elite and makes a mistake and you can't do anything
Fate of the evil couple: after their crimes were exposed, not only they were fired, but they couldn't find any other job that will hire them which led them to live in a shabby apartment with a huge debt and because of that, they kept arguing and blaming each other which allow them to break up. Now that they broke up, they couldn't find any jobs but one day, Yamashita bumped into a member of the yakuza and was taken away and they forced him to work at a fish processing factory.
As for Harada: after Yamashita disappeared, she tried to make money herself but couldn't make enough to pay for the debt so she spent the last of her savings at a bar and got drunk which resulted in her dying from alcohol poisoning. She then was reincarnated in a fantasy world as a lowly peasant girl but was captured by a goblin and was r**ped to death
