Here's what happened to Kurumi and Tanaka: after getting rejected by both Keiichi and Yui after they cheated on their spouses with each other, of course they got sued by Keiichi and Yui for damages and child support from both of them for having a affair. But all hell awaits them after someone show evidences of Kurumi's affair with Tanaka to her parents and Tanaka's parents and when they went back to their parents house, they met the fury of their parents after they found out about their affair and Tanaka's father beat the crap out of him and Kurumi got slap in her face by her mother and told them to get out of this house and never come back here again since their parents officially disown them. After their parents cut ties with Kurumi and Tanaka, they were forced to get married to survive from being in debt. Kurumi tries to find a job but failed while Tanaka was being a sloth after failing an investment. Can't bear it anymore, they started blaming each other for failing and they ended up getting divorced.
One day, Kurumi went to Keiichi's house to beg Keiichi to get back together with her again since she has nothing now but Keiichi of course rejected her and revealed to her that he's already remarried to Yui which shocks her unable to accept the fact that he moved on and told him by force to divorced Yui to get back together with her. That's when Yui shows up behind Keiichi and said to Kurumi with a menacing look that it won't be necessary and revealed to her that she's already pregnant with Keiichi's child, which shock and destroys Kurumi. Yui told her that she brought this to herself and it's too late to getting back together with Keiichi and warned her that if she ever come near them again, they'll call the police which silence Kurumi pretty brutal. Kurumi disappeared from their lives for good and last time anyone saw her is that she's been forced to work at the host club to pay off her debt and Tanaka well let's just say that he's been forced to work on a fishing boat to a bering sea for crabs and tunas against his will.
For Keiichi and Yui, after the incident, they became close to each other as I mentioned on top that they got married as Keiichi became a father of Yui's child. And in a year later after Yui's child turns 3 years old now, Yui gave birth to Keiichi's child after finding out that Yui's pregnant with Keiichi's child and they lived a happy life together as a lovely family.
