I traveled to Chicago, Illinois, and brought my Panasonic G85 camera. I actually didn't bring any attachments for the camera and just had the cage on it for this trip, keeping it light. For the lens, I only used the Panasonic 25mm with an ND filter + mist filter, hence the incredible colors and bloomy effect I captured. I also used my GoPro Hero 8 for wider shots.

AF issues aside, this camera is probably still the best bang for the buck when it comes to video. The camera is small and light, the IBIS is excellent and you can get some great footage even with an inexpensive prime. Fantastic video with one of the Pro lenses.

Wow this is so great!! amazing work man. I am on a 21:9 display and the video is in the same aspect ratio. Can the G85 shoot in that aspect ratio or how did you do that.
Thank you! I think CZcams adapts to your aspect ratio on screen, and I'm just uploading it in a 2.35 aspec ratio in post production. I shoot in 16:9 aspect ratio on the G85

I have a GX85 and videos like yours makes me feel so overwhelmed that how can this camera I have produce these shots and why can’t I do them? Huge case of imposter syndrome :(
Yellow looking Restaurant scenes were the worst. Every thing else were 👍🏼

Yes! For the price, the value of this camera is incredible. Not sure what you mean by cinema mode - i presume you mean colors? If so, the colors are great on this camera and are nice to grade in post

@@defaultnamehello if you're starting out, just get the camera and kit lens, and start learning it. You'll be able to figure out what you want to add on down the line. But the first step is really using it and understanding it for your personal usage
