    Simply if you need to connect this 5 unit you need to put in the output a diod to each one of them in the positive out so you prevent the forward crashing of the 5 converters

    • @HighestRank
      @HighestRank Před 4 lety

      abed itani why not put one single diode only in the negative output since they’re common to every converter through the battery, or are the input and output module negatives not bridged?

  • @abeerwasiq6995
    @abeerwasiq6995 Před 7 měsíci

    In these conmections, module use a same -ve in the input and out put while +ve of every module is sperated. If one module face 1 amps then you can get 5 amps output from 5 parallel module using diod on +ve of each module. Using diods they will not output short circuiting and will give 5 amps in one output.

    The whole point of using several boost converters is so that you can distribute the load across each. Getting the output voltages close to each others is to have the load's total current evenly distributed across each boost converter.
    Reading the unloaded voltage output can get you close to the same voltage output across all the boost converters. But one will always produce a higher voltage than the others and more current will drain through that one.
    but one can get even more precise voltage output. First get the Vout as close as you can as done In the video. Then connect them all up to a low power load and then read the amps through positive lead on each boost converter. Where one is higher than the others you can lower the voltage to bring the current down to the same as the others.
    This is best done first with a small load, and can be repeated under a heavy load. A light load first because the smallest voltage difference will source current first through the highest voltage boost converter without a heavy load drawing the voltage down to the same as the others. This process will get you far more precise than measuring the voltage alone.

      Exactly, these are only boost converters, not as was stated many times, buck-boost converters.

    If you would like to use them in parallel, you must use diodes to prevent backflow to adjacent cells, or Buck converter modules.

    Just sharing, if you need to use the 2 or more Step Up with parallel output, you can use the Diode with high current or can handle 3A current for each step up you are using in this video, then put/connect the cathode(-) Diode on Output(+) on all of your Step up(each Output+ Step Up using 1 Diode) in this case you are using 5 Step Up then you must prepare 5 Diode, then join all ends of the anode (+) diode wire to to your load/Lamp, and also join all of Output(-) wire from the Step up to your Load. good luck,..

    Proper capacitors need to be placed between battery and inverter to protect the batteries, and as well as, between the load(s) and inverter(s).

    • @HighestRank

      Mikhael213 “proper” capacitors would also ‘protect’ the DC source from all current drain and loads from voltage input, rendering the circuit function into the ether. What’s needed is to be IMproper* capacitors so they don’t block
