I would love to see someone translate the game in Japanese. I feel as if anyone in Japan deserves to play it I mean it is a fan project based on a game from Japan.
If they are lucky it might be possible to make a switch port.
Sadly, fan games are limited to Pc so if consoles can allow them maybe this game could be played in Japan more.

ゲームは、ライト博士がワイリーのロボットを社会を助けるために使用できるようになるまで倉庫に保管した別の世界で行われます。その後、ワイリーはほぼすべてのロボットに感染するウイルスを作成しますが、残念ながらロックマンもそのうちの 1 つです。ただし、ロックマン2のロボットは感染していません。ライト博士はそれらを使って災害を阻止します。
