Wales MTB - Snowdon 'Death Grip Descending'

- A monster edit for a monster day out. The weather window was too good to ignore in mid April to get a Snowdon ride in the bag prior to the voluntary biking ban which starts on 1st May
The weather pretty much behaved itself during the day with some cloud started to gather on the summit as we were climbing up Rangers but generally cleared by the time we got to the top and the sun was more out than in most of the time enough for me to put on some suncream, yep you heard it right 🌞
Standard double loop for me which according to Strava I've done 5 times and you will see another edit on the channel from last year when I rode it solo. Always better to have company for various reasons not to mention a bit of banter and laughter
So the stats for this are around 7,000 ft (+2,000 mtrs), 20 miles took us around 9 hours if you fancy it. Due to the travelling involved on a day trip from my house, it makes sense to do as much riding as your legs will take in what is a very long day but certainly worth it once in a while - Sport

@@twowheels4689 story behind that, my broadband has always been super slow uploads taking me anything between 12-18 hours. Been waiting for full fibre for a loooong time, like years. Finally they came down our street so got it installed about a month ago. This upload took about an hour on the new broadband, well impressed

Nice video mate one I wanna do hopefully get down in October when ever you in lake District again be good to get a ride out with you if you up for it am in lakes few times a month am in Scottish borders loving your vids 👍
Thanks for the comments, feature length videos are not for everyone but I can't use 10 mins of footage for 9 hrs of riding, makes no sense. Got a few people saying the same, when your next riding such location, let me know. Maybe I should make a list although it won't be very long, most peoples feedback is rather you than me 🤣
35 mins in thats not the route i take keep high to the right and ride the ridge
Looked at 35 mins and not sure where you mean, so you don't do Rangers or drop in from a different direction. I'm thinking you go back down Llanberis?
