I just tried to make them tonight. Fkd them up. I should have bought bigger tortilla wraps. Wasn't big enough to wrap/fold over the burger and filling. Had to put another wrap over the top, and fold. Fried half then just took it out of the pan as it was opening up. Was absolutely delicious. So now I know how good it will be when properly done. Going to give it another go tomorrow.
What do I like about Dana rating food the fact you can read his face like a book 2 bites for the first bit plus a 3sec pause it’s a winner no wonder the dude plays black jack😉😎
He actually did one where he didn't like it at all. You can probably find it on his IG. I can barely explain what it was, but it seemed to have tons of pasta and cheese.
so simple but don't "make this at home" with your Wal-Mart packaged beef and expect it to be amazing. they're using high quality ground beef which is where all the flavor comes from. probably wagyu 80-20% fat content, much more expensive than what you buy at the local grocery.
