I'm sold. I just picked it up at Walmart online for $199 with 90 day return policy. That's better than Amazon. It's also $209 if you want power cord and solar cord. I don't need the solar and I have like 10 of the same power cords already. There's also a 2 year warranty. Let's do it!
Totally agree with you on the screen timeout being locked at 30 seconds. It's quite annoying, and although I'm sure the intent was to save power consupmtion, it's a negligible savings. We can hope they are paying attention to reviews, and update this through firmware. Bluetti please allow us to set a user defined timeout via the app.
Got one a week ago, it's an awesome device. I wanted something to provide emergency/backup power as we've been having more power outages than normal. I decided after getting it to try out solar so I bought two Harbor Freight panels, 100W each. Now I have it sitting by my window with the panels plugged in and it produces a pretty reasonable amount of power every day, will easily charge itself from 0-100 and then some. Been charging my lawn mower 40V batteries, my 18V tool batteries, powering my laptop all day, and still having enough power to occasionally run a fan or charge other things. My only complaint is that it seems the AC inverter isn't the most efficient, it drains the battery around 5%/hour according to some other reviews which doesn't make it a great solution for running things 24/7. I'd like to run my home server 24/7 on solar if possible. I might get another one with a bigger battery for solar, but will wait to see if Bluetti incorporates all this new tech into their larger products. For the size and price, this is an awesome deal.
@@JoshTheElectric I think the EB3A is like 12-28V DC input at 8A. The panels I got put out around 24V. The panels I got are the Thunderbolt Solar 100W Monocrystalline panels. They use an SAE connector, which does not match the EB3A's included solar cable, so I had to buy an SAE to 8mm cable on Amazon. I also bought a parallel SAE splitter to connect the two panels together in parallel. They work great, producing about 145W max for several hours. I've just got the EB3A integrated into my Home Assistant setup so it should now be logging my power statistics and I should be able to graph my solar production.
Does sunshine have to be coming through your window to hit the solar panels because my windows only face north which means no sunshine into my living area. I would assume so, however, you didn’t say. Thanks.
Great review! Im thinking about getting one of these for camping. I’m not super familiar with watt hours/volts/amp hours, but I’m wondering how many charges you could do for say a 5200mah 2s? Guessing that is exactly twice as many charges as a 5200mah 4s?
To get watts you need to multiply amps X voltage. So your 5200mah 4s battery is 14.8 Volts x 5.2 Amps = 74 Watt hours. So about bit more than 3 or so 5200mah 4s packs.
I was looking at others, Jackery, Ecoflo can only charge 700 times before its loses capacity. Bluetti can take 2500 charges and charges faster too. .its not even close Bluetti WINS
@@truesight91 jackery is slowest while both Ecoflow and blueitti has fast turbo charging to 80% in 1hour. Bluetti l has the newer batteries that last 2500 recharges.
Do you know if it will run a cpap machine for a few nights sleep? Using a DC adapter. Need something for my wife during camp trips, not so fun for her without the proper sleep.
Is it possible to connect an inverter having a high wattage of 2000W from the 12v cigarette socket inorder to run a devices having a wattage of 1200w to 2000W?
Hello all. Could I charge this from my van's battery, continuously (while driving), in my campervan? Is this possible through the input DC port? Thank you very much
EB3A Brand new, out of the box and won't charge using the DC (PV) input. As for customer support, what customer support?? either the line is busy or the other number says, "Your call cannot be transferred, call again later" Lol. So no real customer support.
600watts will not last very long on such a tiny battery. A Ctechi gt200 320wh is almost half the price, better build quality, nice aluminium case Vs plastic, more compact and has a larger battery and has usb quick charge..perfect for people who dont need a wireless charger or ups function.
I got mine in april 2023 and stop working last week goes one once I plug to charge it and it is at 100% then it shuts down and wont let me charge anything !! currently talking to bluetti about it
Picked up 2 on Amazon special today for $209 each. Thanks for your review. It made me decide to try this Bluetti.
First time seeing one of your videos...excellent presentation! Very helpful and I enjoyed watching.

I enjoyed your review. You were very thorough. It gave me a lot to think about. Thank you.
This thing is 90 bucks off on Amazon right now. Too good of a deal so I picked it up. Salamat for the video!
1st timer viewer , you have 2 of my favorite things, solar generator & RC cars..🤘..
Great review !! I'm sold !!
Best in the buisness! Can't wait for mine! Thanks buddy! 🎉😍
Very very cool power station for the price mate...love these review videos of rc related equipment 👍👍👍👍
This is a cool device. And it really doesn’t cost that much

Other manufacturers make the screen time-out configurable
Can it power a coffee maker like a Keurig k cup brewer?
Thank you for this review 🙏 interesting product. Keep up the great work😁
Thank you much!
You are correct, continuous DC draw is only good for around 7.5 amps max, or 95 or so watts.
Mine was doa. Still waiting on a replacement. I like the features though.

Really the best technology they have. I'm sure it will be scaled up to the bigger models soon.
Did you have to buy specific panels to work with the bluetti?

Thanks for the review, can this be use to charge the bluetti AC2000 when connected.
Did you leave a link somewhere for the 12-volt charging cord? Thanks for the great review, just picked it up at Amazon for $209

Nice. Can’t wait until they launch larger wH versions with the improved display and integrated power brick
Exactly. Looks like this small one is the showcase for all their new tech.

Will it run a basic small halogen heater? Thanks
So not good for a deep freezer in a power outage?
I have big powerstations and smaller ones. I find smaller ones practical due to their portability
Hello amigo, is this device decent for charging my 2022 Specialized Kenevo SL when I go out camping?
Thank you

Strongest servo with plastic gears and silent quiet operation? Anyone?
How long it will hold on 600 watt ?
Why did he adjust the amps to 15 at the end? That’s a 6s 5000 mah lipo. Shouldn’t it be charged at 5 amps?
A battery in a fancy box😎
Well d’uh…

The nice thing about the app, is you can hide it away in your van and shut it off.
The eb70s is where it’s at. 2 100 watt usb c.
Wow
Will my tiger rice cooker work with this sir ? Only reason why I need this lol. Thank you sir.

You forgot to talk about the “solar” part - eg the built in solar charge controller …
I see I see! Yes, I kept seeing solar but I didn’t have panels. I’ll look it up
For 299 a good device
Just got on Amazon for $239
Would this be good to run a 12v fridge?
I think it wouldn’t run for long enough. You need a larger capacity power station really

This really looks like and performs like an Ecoflow River. Except that it is kinda late to the party.
except it has the newer technology batteries that have 2,500 recharge cycles compared to the river
Ecoflow is playing catch-up with the newer bluetti batteries

The one I had was defective.
They are junk my last a week and it will not take a change anymore I called customer service and got no help from them buyers beware
I heard they are bricking during a firmware upgrade...
I would disagree that the EB3A is one of the best power station because it lacks the support to connect extra batteries.
They are as low as $149 on eBay.
I got mine for $209
Amazing deal huh? Our link to Amazon now sells it at that price. You like it so far?
Still missing a port to add an extra battery.
DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK ! Bluetti will ignore you if you have a defective unit !
