Ingredients:
Raw rice - 2 cups
* you can use dosa rice or idli rice (unpolished rice varieties)
Fenugreek seeds - 1 tsp
Puffed rice (murmura) - 4 cups
MAKES : 12-15 dosas
Chutney ingredients:
Oil - 1 tsp
Green chillies - 3 nos.
Coriander leaves - handful
Coconut - 1/2 cup
Roasted gram - 2 tbsp
Ginger - small piece
Salt - 1 tsp
Water as needed
